Description of Work: I own a townhouse as a rental property but I live 2 hrs away. I met Joe one afternoon and showed him all the repairs I needed done and he gave me an estimate and returned 2 days later to complete all the repairs. Everything was done above and beyond and he was very nice to work with. He replaced a door knob and deadbolt, repaired a deck that was shaking and coming apart, replaced a shutter, and repaired a screen door.

Description of Work: Email them, then called them describing the work needed. was told they will get back to me in a week to schedule an initial walkthrough: never to be heard from again.was looking for a reliable handyman service, someone to call when something breaks around the house. was hoping to start with some jobs that need to be taken care of. if they are that busy, they should not be taking on new customers

Description of Work: Joe and his assistant replaced a 3 level wooden planter in the front of my home that was partially buried underground. The old one had begun to rot and was beginning to fall apart. This required digging up part of the old one (digging in Virginia clay is not an easy job), and replacing the old with new, treated wood. After contacting Joe, he came by and looked over the job quickly. His estimates were provided within a couple of days after his initial visit. We scheduled a date for the work and he and his assistant arrived at the agreed upon time. Once the job was completed, they cleaned up the area, washed down my driveway, and hauled off the wood from the old planter. I am very satisfied with the work performed by Joe. He was very professional and I felt comfortable with his explanations of the estimates and the work itself. I plan to hire him in the future for other projects around my home.
