Great work, great price

I hung my own drywall and called Jorge to do the mudding (it's an art and I'm terrible at it). My hanging was nowhere near perfect but Jorge and his guys came in and made the room look absolutely wonderful. He was always on time and finished earlier than expected.

Jorge started the work on 3/19 and gave me estimate of 2 weeks. He was done by April 2nd. He is very reliable and dependable. He and his crew showed by daily at 9am and worked till 5:30pm until the job was done. This work was originally slated for another contractor who ended up getting fired for lacked of performance after 2 months of delay. Jorge was hired instead to complete the work and mistakes made by the previous contractor.

There was one bad spot and they returned promptly and repaired it. Very professional.

They were very helpful. They were able to squeeze me into an opening in their schedule. They showed up early and worked hard both days. They were able to do some extra painting for me as well on the garage door. They sent three guys the first day and two on the second. Everything looks fantastic. The owner was there both days and was very responsive, very helpful in terms of doing other things that need to be done like reinstalling my downspout.

Some painting they had done a couple of years back was peeling off and a piece of wood needed replacing. They did not warranty their previous work but gave me a discount for redoing the work that was peeling. The work was done well and on a timely basis.

She is very good and does what I ask her to. I like her and have used her for several years now.

Our home warranty insurance company sent them to do the job, which is why the cost was 0, however it would have been about $350. Our policy states that they patch and seal, but that it's still a rough finish. They were very fast and efficient, and mostly cleaned up the dust. It was not as perfect as I would normally have wanted, but if the price is decent, I would give them another chance.

They started a day early and finished well in advance of estimated date. Quality of painting was excellent, and they were careful in their work. Jorge Alverado (owner) was very pleasant to deal with and was extremely anxious to do a great job. Many times during the painting he checked with me to be sure I was happy and to take care of any problems that arose.
