Came in today. 2 persons at the desk, no welcoming behavior, didn’t even asked if they could help us. Nobody in the shop so they were not busy at all. After looking at the wallpaper catalogs (in front of them so they could see that we were looking for wallpaper) we found a pattern that we wanted to order. We went to the desk to order and the guy just told us « I can not take your order because the lady who is doing this is not here today ». I responded « ok but you can take our reference and we can call on Monday to place the order? » he responded « no I am sorry I can not take it. You can take the catalog home and come back ». We spend 20 minutes to search a wallpaper, just in front of them and they didn’t even came to us to let us know that they were unable to take our order. Guys, we are working too and we don’t have time to waste to come back. Next time, spend less time on your phones and more time with customers!
