They did the work efficiently. They came when I wasn't even at home and got the work done. They cleaned up after themselves. They stuck to the price that they gave me. They came when they said. It was very easy to work with. They did everything over the phone. When they were cleaning up, they saw a crack at the back of my house. The owner called and he was ready to pay for that even though it wasn't sure if that was done by them. This shows their honesty. I would like to compliment them for that. I looked at several others and their price was fair. They were very responsive. They send me the estimate on email and they asked for deposit and I gave them. I was very pleased with what they did. I would use them in the future.

I tipped the guy and he didn't charge me. He just charged me for the inspection because it wasn't that much for it. It's the most honest company that I have ever dealt with in my life. I will absolutely use his services again in the future.

We had the most problems getting them out here . too several phone calls, they are very busy as are all roofers in the area right now. We had to call several times once the estimate had been given to get them to come out and do the actual work but they were always polite. Our job was a small one and many roofers we called turned it down even though we had a serious leak.Once we got them here they did a great job, very thorough, cleaned up and were very nice. Would recommend to the very patient and persistent, The squeaky wheel gets the grease!

Recognizing that it was a busy time I did not expect a call back immediately but it did take three times before I could get a time scheduled for someone to come over. They eventually were able to come over after the third call. They got up on the roof to look at the damage but then I never heard from them again.

Dave was a pleasure to work with. Under promised and over achieved. They performed at the highest level possible. Very easy to get a hold of and always call/email you to let you know what the status is. Never once had to check up on them. Will definitely recommend and do business with again.

Great company. Where others balked at the job because of its size JR roofing had no issue coming out. They were very responsive, accomodating and courteous. They came out and installed a roofcap, painted it to match the others, walked the roof since they were up there and fixed a couple small issues before they became big ones. Will use them to replace my roof in a couple years.

It went great. While it was expensive, I can say that I got another quote that was over 3K and that contractor was only going to wrap the back of the house, so JR Roofing was a much better deal. Also, I spoke with John in early April about getting the work scheduled asap and he said he could have a crew out in a few weeks. I expressed concern over that because I wanted to get the work done before the bees started nesting, so I was looking to get started in a matter of days. Sure enough, just a few days later the guys were out there and got the work done and I haven't seen a bee yet. I am very pleased with the work they did and would hire them again.

It has been over a year and my roof is still repaired with no more leak problem. This company is fantastic.

First off, I got three quotes, one from a big box store, one from another well known local company, and one from JR Roofing. JR Roofing beat the big box store by about 50% for the exact same product, and they beat the other local company by about 25%, again for the exact same product. They came out and replaced the roof, complete with replacement of rotten playwood decking, and installation of a ridge went and a vent over the gutters, under the shingles that runs the length of the house. David Chambers was the salesman, and he was very well informed about the area and was able to answer all of my questions about black airborne algae, which is a huge problem where I live. He recommended a 30yr aglae resistant shingle that was textured (some people call it an architectural shingle). The roof looks great, and they did a great job installing it.

I called about a dozen roofing companies, but most said the soonest they could come by was in a week or two, and I wasn't willing to wait that long as I didn't know if we would get any rain or snow before then. J R was one of two companies that were available to come by the day after I called. They gave an estimate of of $350, and got the roof done quickly and without issue. While they were there I asked them to look at the awning above the front door, which sometimes leaked during strong rains. They saw that it was improperly sealed, and sealed it up, free of charge. While they charged a bit more than I would have liked to pay (the other roofer came by later and said they would have done it for $250), I am happy with the service we got--quick, prompt, efficient.

Promptly provided estimate, completed work, removed all debris. These folks were professional and easy to work with. I was traveling and needed to have the work done quickly and they responded. Estimate was not the lowest, but price was fair and the estimate was honored fully. Would use these folks again.

Absolutely top-notch service by a great company. Dave C. was very personable and professional, and did a terrific job with the assessment/estimate, supervision/spot-checking during the job, and follow-up contact/inspection. The team that JR sent did a first-rate job--unobtrusive, hard-working (especially on a relentless summer day), and meticulous with their clean-up around the house. While conducting a post-job follow-up/inspection, Dave found two things that didn't meet his high standards (I hadn't noticed them,) and had his crew out within days to get them to standard. Bottom line--I highly recommend JR Roofing, and will definitely use their services again.

I didn't use them. I am not sure what their quote was, but they were competitive. They were very communicative and responsive. I thought they were good. I went with a home improvement store because of the warranty. J R Roofing didn't have as long a warranty as the other company. I would use J R again in the future to get a quote.

They did a great job. It was perfect. They came on time and gave me a good estimate. I had a problem where I had a leakage on my roof that I couldn’t locate. They found what the problem was and it was due to a gutter that was incorrect. They fixed the gutter and patched the roof. They stopped the leaks and it was wonderful. They are a good and fair company. They will come out and tell you what’s wrong. They also follow through as well. The price charged by them was reasonable and the quality of their work was superb. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

The work went very well. They were here on time and were professional. They got the job done in a timely manner. I have not been up on the roof to check the job, but they have done good work for us in the past.

JR Roofing and Siding is very professional. They are very busy so it took them a while to send us the estimate and to schedule the work but once scheduled it was completed in a timely and professional manner. They also had to match the old siding to the new siding and I assume that took extra time. This was a cosmetic repair and not an emergency repair so we were willing to wait. The match was perfect and new siding looks like it was always there. Worth the wait. We are very pleased with the work.

I had a leak in my garage and I had called them on a Friday. They came out on a Monday and did an evaluation of what the problem was and told me that they could fix it at that time if I wanted them to. There was a base cost which they said wouldn’t apply if I got it fixed then and there. The repair was done at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with their work, and it hasn’t leaked since.

I was so pleased that when I needed a roof repair I did not even get other quotes. I knew I would get a good job at a fair price and I did.
