Description of Work: Entire roof was replaced with new shingles, gutters, & downspouts. J R also replaced & installed new decking (13 sheets) where needed. The work and crew were excellent! The quality and materials were outstanding. I appreciated the continued updates of the work. The company was very professional (from the estimator, accountant, crew.) A special thanks to Dave who was very courteous, knowledgeable, and timely.

+ 0 moreThey did lot of carpentry work on the roof. The materials they used were of high quality. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job on time. They showed professionalism in their work and the clean up was very good.
Description of Work: They replaced the entire roof with new shingles. They also replaced the rotten wood under the shingles. We have a ranch style home; the roof is approximately 40 feet long. They took all the replaced material away. The project took one week to complete.

+ 2 moreThey did an awesome job. I was considering just covering the openings and roofing over them. However, the custom skylights they had made were reasonable price, terrific quality and look terrific. What a great deal!
Description of Work: The previous owner of our home installed four skylights. hey were all different sizes with storm door glass just layed over the framed opening. JR Roofing and Siding came out and measured the openings. They had a company custom make dual pane skylights, they came out and installed them along with properly flashing the openings.

+ -1 moreI had JR Roofing and siding come out to tell me what it would cost to flash around the edges of my roof, to mitigate damage from a poor roofing job done by the previous owner of the home. The estimate for the flashing was pretty high, so I asked for an estimate to put a new roof on. I contracted with them to put the new roof on. While roofing, the found another problem that required them to put on new plywood. It was extremely expensive for me to have them to fix the plywood, but I have a new roof and it looks terrific. They got started within a couple days of when they estimated, weather required a later start.
Description of Work: Remove old shingles, put down new vapor barrier, put on new shingles. They also installed ridge vents, new drip edge around the entire roof, new vent pipe collars, and a new exhaust vent cover.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY HAPPY WITH J R ROOFING AND SIDING. THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED A LEAK IN MY ROOF AND FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE FIXED UP A COUPLE OF OTHER THINGS. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY THAT WAS RECOMMEND TO ME FROM A COUPLE OF CO-WORKERS.
