Rigo at International Brick & Concrete did a fabulous job under very trying circumstances. He replaced a concrete section of my driveway during the Coronavirus outbreak. I had several proposals but selected IBC because of his proposal and his presentation to me prior to the Coronavirus outbreak. It was obvious to me that he knows what he is doing. When he did the work, Rigo took extra care to see that there was no personal contact between us because of the virus. From a safe distance, he explained clearly what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and the various pieces of equipment he brought with him for the job. His price was very reasonable. I give him my highest recommendation.

Rigo helped us out when we got in over our heads during a project in our back yard. We unearthed an old patio which had sunken down unevenly and was directing water toward the foundation of the house. Rigo worked with us to come up with a beautiful solution. Not only did he fix our drainage issues but he also did a wonderful job pouring a new patio. We had many concerns but Rigo was calm and helpful and never seemed frustrated with how difficult we were being. He was also very reasonably priced. We're 100% satisfied with his work and recommend him for concrete projects... Even small ones which you thought you could take care of yourself.

Rigo was great. We needed all the mortar joints on our flagstone walkway replaced, as well as, a few broken stones. Rigo found new flagstones that matched perfectly (on his own initiative) and proposed a great solution for concealing a crack on the riser that couldn’t otherwise be fixed. The final product looks great, communication was easy, and Rigo’s prices were by far the best of the four other quotes I received. I would use Rigo again without hesitation!

The team from International Brick and Concrete were efficient and careful in giving my home new painted exterior. Mr. Ortez, the owner, was very helpful in discussing what needed to be done, giving me a reasonable price quote, advising on a color scheme, and making sure the the project was done well.

We had three estimates done for the needed work. Rigo's proposed cost was in the middle. But we both felt comfortable with his skills, liked how he described what needed to be done and how he planned to perform the work. He and his crew were on time and did excellent work. He fully explained what he was doing and why it needed to be done in that manner. If we need masonry any work in the future, we will definitely use his company again.

Rigo was fast, responsive and fairly priced. He was helpful in identifying most cost-effective measures for repairing deteriorating mortar work and repairing cracked stone pavers. Very happy with the work and would use him again.

Rigo and his team were great to work with. Rigo answered all of my questions and was able to make adjustments to the project mid-stream as unexpected issues arose. The business side of the interaction was slightly less polished than some contractors I have worked with in the past, but the work quality was high and Rigo's bid was the lowest price (of the five well-reviewed contractors I contacted) by a large margin. My new patio looks great.

Excellent workmanship, arrived on time, clean and very thorough work. Rigo explained that the concrete patch would not hold so he applied mortar. Hopefully the mortar will hold and not develop cracks.

This is a tough project of converting a reverse slope drive way to a above grade driveway; my old driveway had narrow, reverse slope with tall retaining wall on both side, We were unable to park car on the driveway. Rigo come on-time and provide quote within 2 days;Rigo came listen with patient and provide suggestions. Rigo is knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. He is one of the best contractor I had in the past 10 years. Highly re-commanded for you next project.

Rigo was very professional in getting out to us for an estimate. His price was very reasonable and he showed up on time and did amazing work. The project was not a small one but Rigo and his team worked tirelessly and got everything done over a weekend. This is key for a new utility shed that is going to help out our business. I hired Rigo to repair old masonry on about 80 bricks on our home as well as do some chimney repair. Rigo was responsive, punctual, fair priced and very easy to work with. He did an excellent job and I would hire again for another job. Highly recommend!

We had a sewer line go bad and head to tear up part of our garage floor and front steps. The process of putting things back together was complicated. We had to get an engineer drawing for the new front porch slab and steps, and had to repair part of the walls that the pipe went through. The job therefore had many phases, including special materials, excavation and a new porch foundation called for by the engineer, waiting and preventing water infiltration during many storms in the spring, and inspections at multiple stages by DCRA. Rigo and his team were very patient, attentive to detail, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Rigo also has a good eye for what will and won't look good. By the end, we were in better shape than before we started because of the quality of their work. They are obviously very experienced and able not only to design and plan their own work, but do work to spec of a builder or engineer under a government inspection process. Probably more than you can say for most other concrete companies.

It was a big job -- jack hammering the existing concrete stairs and walkway and rebuilding the structure -- and the quality of service was great. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job on time and on budget. Throughout the job, the owner consulted me regularly, answered my questions, and kept me updated on progress. The team even returned a couple of years later without question to caulk an area of the stairs that had settled. Overall, I was very pleased with the company's skills, diligence, and responsiveness.

Rigo was prompt in responding to communication by phone and email. He did a great job with the work, and he also did well trying to match our old mortar. I'm very happy with how the work turned out.

We were very pleased with the work that was completed by International Brick & Concrete. Rigo and his team worked for 2 full days replacing cracked mortar on stone walkways and securing loose slate on patio walls. They paid attention to detail and mixed the new mortar so that it would look similar to the aged seams. It was exactly what we had hoped for! Although he knew that this wasn't going to be a big job, Rigo came out on a Saturday to look over the project and advise on the best course of action. He followed up with an estimate, and he and his crew came out and did the work when promised. They did especially good work in matching their new mortar to the old, oxidized mortar between the bricks, so no one would ever guess that we had a patch job all over the front of our house.

Rigo's company came out and repointed our front walk. They did a great job and their pricing is very reasonable compared to other contractors in the area. I plan to use them again.

Rigo and his team did a fantastic job on both the concrete and brick work that needed to be done on our property. He was great to meet with about the work and did everything timely and to a very high standard. His prices were much more reasonable than other companies I got estimates from, and yet I did not feel like I sacrificed quality at all.
