Integrity Home Cleaning Service

I contacted the owner, Beatriz Benitos, to schedule a visit to my house to provide a cost for house cleaning services. She had to reschedule and then the day of the re-scheduled visit she called several times to keep moving the time out because of issues with her son. She finally arrived, walked thru my home, discussed the services I wanted performed and provided me with an estimate for the first cleaning. The cost was based on the fact that I would be providing all the cleaning supplies, rags, vacuums, etc. and I thought it was a little high. I decided to try their service, called on 2/1 and spoke to a friend who said that Beatriz was out of the country due to a sickness in the family, she did not know when Beatriz would be returning but she said that she would have Beatriz's son call me back to schedule a cleaning. Her son never returned my call and I did not pursue this service. Based on my experiences up to this point I didn't feel comfortable that this was going to be a cleaning service I could rely on.
