I have dealt with Home Cleaners4You for over three years in Northern Virginia and i cannot say enough good things about the service and the ladies that clean our house. They are very flexible with scheduling and to top it off they have incredible prices!

Did not go well. One of the first issues we had was that the crew started making our bed when we had not left sheets out indicating we want the bed linens changed. They went through our closets to find the sheets without our permission. Then, for reasons I cannot understand they managed to soak one of our vanity drawers in the master bath and basically ruin the drawer. none o this was reported to us -we found out on our own. When I brought this last issue to the attention of the owner she replied with "oh no " and an icon like Edvard Munch's "The Scream". Moreover, when the owner came to return our key she asked to look at the drawer. She then began positing how it was somehow our fault that the damage had occurred. How this company has the kind of rating that Angie's list has given them is beyond me. They trivialized our concern, actually damage our property and made no moves whatever to make restitution. Makes me wonder how reliable is this list.

When our prior cleaning service went out of business, I used Angie's List to identify and interview a replacement. Home Cleaners 4 You came to look over our home and give a quote. Their price was similar to what I had been paying, and I was impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism over the phone and in person. The two cleaners arrive promptly and do a thorough job. Very happy with their service.

It went great. the workers were professional and efficient. I will certainly use them again.

The owner has been very responsive to our needs and schedule. The house-cleaning teams who have performed the cleaning have been very attentive to detail and our house is always cleaned to expectations. We have been very pleased!

The team was punctual and did a fine job; they were not quite as detail oriented as other teams I have worked with, but their prices were good.

We used this group for about a year, initially doing weekly cleanings, then switching to bi-weekly. They were almost always on time, and the person who I coordinated with was responsive and friendly. Often neither of the two women they would send spoke any English at all, which made it difficult to address issues, as my Spanish is pretty poor/nonexistent. They would do a great job for a while, and then the quality would start to slip. They weren't tending to areas they were supposed to (like cobwebs on the ceiling, dusty baseboards, dirty windowsills, all things they listed in their own checklist). Eventually I had to clean the bathtub again after they had been. The strongly scented cleaning products they used bothered us, so they would use our cleaning products and the supervisor then blamed the cleaning products for their insufficient cleaning. They also never sent the same people every week, even though they said they would, so if one crew knew something in particular we liked, the next crew wouldn't. I suspended the service after a while because the degrading quality just made it feel like we weren't getting a good value for our money. The women who came in were professional, but sometimes they wouldn't even spend an hour and a half at our house. One person in particular also really liked to move stuff around so that after they had been, we found ourselves hunting for shoes, etc. They weren't terrible, but they just weren't great. Pricing was okay. Cost of service was for a biweekly cleaning. Maybe my standards are too high, but I want to feel like our house is spotless after the cleaners have been.

Went very well. Had no issues. Showed up on time and got the job done. Would hire again for major cleanings at my rental properties or for recurring cleanings. Would recommend to others.

They were on-time and worked very efficiently, from floor to ceiling. We could not be more pleased and already have scheduled additional, regular visits. Highly recommended.

The service was good. In fact, I am using them monthly. They are fine. I think their price is reasonable. Their responsiveness is very good. They come to work steadily and you do not have to worry about that. Their punctuality is fine for what they do, but the person I work with and not the cleaners switched time on me one time.

This was the third cleaning service we tried. Our first two were not so good and prices were shady and constantly changing. This experience was completely different. Maria came to our house for a walk through estimate, explained pricing and expectations, and answered all questions. It was very professional. The cleaners (2 of them) arrived on time and got straight to work. One spoke very good English, so no communication problems at all. We were very pleased when we got home from work. The house was spotless. They even cleaned the glass shower door, the toothbrush holder, windows, stainless steel appliances, and washed out the coffee pot! We were so happy! That day, we called Maria and asked her for the bi-weekly service. They have come to the house 3 times now, and each time is the same excellent service. We couldn't be more pleased, and the cost is well worth the time we have now on weekends! I highly recommend!!

I've used this company twice now. Both times, the two-woman crew did a very good job of cleaning my small house. The kitchen and bathrooms were sparkling. They did a very good job on the tile floors in the kitchen and baths, the wood floors in the living areas, and the wall-to-wall carpet in the master bedroom and the area carpets in the living and dining rooms. They paid close attention to, and followed, special instructions. They also arrived on time, went right to work, and didn't seem to waste a minute. Scheduling was pretty easy. The manager (owner?) returned my message promptly and worked with me to select a convenient date. The only downside, for me, of using this company is that they are not available on the weekend. I don't use a cleaning service on a regular basis, so it is great to be able to get high quality service as an occasional user.

It went good. They couldn't cover everything that I wanted to cover. Their punctuality was good. They were 45 minutes late.

They started out by arriving 1/2 hour late with no phone call. There were two ladies who were to be at the house for 4 hours. They were only there a little over 3 hours and almost left without saying anything. Now the house was dirty, but it 's not very big and it appears that most of the house was cleaned until you get to the kitchen. I am finding more and more that was not cleaned or not cleaned very well. I was not given an opportunity to check out their work before they left.

It went well. They moved a few things that we had to find, but they moved it in order to provide better cleaning. Overall, very pleased with the service.

Maria, the supervisor (owner?) arrived promptly with the two women who were going to do the work. She reviewed what I wanted done, going through each room to explain what was and wasn't covered in the price. The women went straight to work and did a wonderful job. They managed to get my carpets cleaner than I'd seen them in years of doing my own vacuuming. They arranged everything in the kitchen and bathrooms, and even though they moved a few things around from where they had been, I quickly realized that the women's minor reorganization was an improvement. I am definitely going to use this service again.

This was a top notch experience all around. A manager came by to explain the services beforehand and the two-person crew arrived within an hour and did a fantastic job thoroughly cleaning our three floor townhouse. Highly recommended!

Great! I was actually late calling them but they still honored my deal. They scheduled it exactly when I wanted, the lady that came out first to assess the house was lovely, and the two girls that cleaned were very sweet and did a good job. I decided to go ahead and use them on a regular basis!

It went very well. Maria was quick to schedule our appointment and her team did a fantastic job. They didn't waste a minute getting started and literally cleaned our home from top to bottom. I highly recommend this company.

Before the two cleaning women started cleaning, Maria, whom I assume was their supervisor, came to my house and talk with me about what I wanted done. We went through my house together and talked about what would be done. Maria made notes on this and gave a copy of her notes to the two women who would be cleaning. I was impressed with the approach Maria took which showed in writing for the cleaning women what we agreed would be done and made me feel like I would get the cleaning job I needed. The two women who cleaned did a nice job, particularly with all the dust generated by renovating. I also required that they use my vacuum cleaners due to the bed bug epidemic that is rampant in the US at this time. They agreed to do so even though they were not used to my vacuums which must have made their cleaning harder. Even so, they were very pleasant and efficient. They even finished before the alloted 8 hours were up despite all the dust they had to deal with! I would definitely hire Home Cleaners 4 You again!
