They did a great job. They came out the next day and gave me a quote after I called them and they got the job done within a week. They did the job for $2000 and the next best quote was $2800 from someone not using Angie’s List. The quotes that I got were lower than all the quotes my neighbor got from another company not on Angie’s List.

I was very pleased to hear back from this company very soon after I made an internet query for free estimate. Dan was able to schedule to come out the next day to give an estimate of the work to be done. He arrived promptly and listened to my concerns and provided the estimate. I let him know that I was looking for a couple more estimates before making my final decision. He asked that if I was willing to let them complete the job if they were able to negotiate after I got some other estimates, which I didn't have a problem with. I liked how responsive they were, Dan called a couple of times asking if I had the other estimates completed yet, which with the snow this past week took some time to re-arrange. If the other estimate I got from another company on Angie's List wasn't one that I had experience with in the past (my mom has used them before and had great things to say about them), I probably would have gone with Green Vista. Green Vista was willing to meet the other estimate.

They cleaned up well at the end of the job and nothing was left. They worked diligently on trimming the top branches of my trees.

Dan from Green Vista was great! I had a very difficult time getting time off work. Dan worked with me on multiple occasions to identify times to do the work despite bad weather and my schedule. The crew did a great job and my trees look so healthy! They also made sure the work they did would not kill my neighbor's tree that was encroaching on my property. Their fees were also reasonable. I would definitely use then again.

It went very well. They did everything in one day. They even cleaned up brush that we didn't ask them to do, but were thankful they did. Would highly recommend green vista!!

Overall, they did a great job. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and did a very nice job cleaning up all the debris. The only area where I felt they fell a bit short had to so with some large divets that were left in our back yard. The larger falling limbs left some holes in the ground that were not filled after the tree work was done.

Owner said that they don’t do service in my area.

The service was great. They were great. They were just quick and easy. It saved me the hassle to go up and down the attic. They even called to come early.

It went very well. Daniel had performed an estimate about a month earlier, and then called me a couple of days in advance to let me know that he would be in my area. I was in no hurry to perform the work and was not looking for a specific date, so it was fine as far as scheduling. After verifying insurance and worker's comp. I notified Daniel that the time he was available worked. Daniel and his crew arrived promptly. I was not home for most of the work, but they hit the ground running and worked very hard. I was able to communicate with Daniel through text and he and his crew accommodated some last minute requests from myself and my wife, including the removal of a limb from a maple, the placement of some wood cut on the ground for seating. The clean up was very good and the wood was neatly stacked in a pile. I would say that the only minor issue was that my wife had to ask a crew member to use a blower to remove wood chips off of our neighbor's car in their driveway, but that could've been prevented if I had asked my neighbor to relocate their car. I'm happy to have more sunlight in my backyard (we live in a heavily forested area) and would highly recommend Green Vista for tree removal services.

The was the third service provider that provided an estimate. They offered the best priced compared with others. The estimate provider was able to make a deal on the spot. This provider was the only one that noticed a maple tree that was 3/4 rotted while my attention was on removing a healthy pine and dogwood trees. The service was completed by the time I returned from work. My wife was extremely impressed with the work. I personally walked with the team leader to go over each project. I was impressed with his professionalism. I also discovered that the estimate provider was the team leader's brother and the business was run by his father. I was overall impressed with the positive attitude of each person I dealt with and the work and clean up of the project was outstanding. This company well deserved the cost of service.

Given how much I have spent in the past for some basic trimming of branches I felt they were very reasonable.

Green Vista was fantastic. They were very quick and very knowledgeable with our type of tree and what would be best as far as tree work that needed to be done and the work was done in quick order.

I purchased the Big Deal for tree service and the deal clearly stated work was performed in our area and included services "such as cabling of trees". The contractor contacted me in a timely fashion but stated that he was unable to cable our leaning tree. He further stated Angie's List should have known not to advertise the service in our area and that the wording on the Deal was created by Angie's List to include services they he did not approve. He graciously agreed to submit a "100% refund" for us and was apologetic that he was not able to perform the work. When I contacted Angie's List they too were very helpful and agreed to refund the full amount and seek out other A-listed Angie's List contractors in the area who might be willing to honor the terms of the Deal.

Green Vista personnel were on time. They cut down two trees by pulling them down after cutting at the base. The third tree required cutting off branches because of its size and then was pulled down. No damage to neighbor's fence or yards. All trees were cut as close to the base as possible. Tree trunks and branches were all removed - very neatly - and then shredded. My wife had requested saving some pine cones and she got more than she needed. Finally debris from the shredder were removed.

No worries, I came home and both trees were gone and no mess left, or damage done.

They were excellent. They looked around for other problem trees that could fall later and were able to remove them. The person we worked with was very responsive. The trees had fallen in a neighbor’s yard and he worked well with us and our neighbor to limit damage to our yards. They came on a Saturday, worked hard for a couple days, and got the work done efficiently. I thought their price was in line and I would use them again.

They were absolutely marvelous. One of the best companies I've ever worked with. They did everything they said they would and their workers were such gentlemen. They were just excellent.

Their service has been fine. They always do a good job and clean up after themselves. We negotiate on price. I like working with them which is why I continue to use them.

The large tree was in an awkward location, but they removed it safely. After loading the trucks, they swept up any leftovers in the driveway. I don't remember the date of this service.

Initially, I emailed GreenVista with a request for quote. I waited no more than 12 hours to get a response. When I called Daniel back driving home from work, he was in the area and met me at my house just as I got home. I got an instant quote from him for the services requested... and in less than two weeks (right on schedule), his team was on site. As far as the actual service... I received a notification call from Daniel the day before they were to be at the house to do the work... and the tree elevation and weeding were performed (effectively) while I was away at the office. I plan to use Green Vista again for future work... which may include getting rid of that tree once and for all.
