Communication was excellent the entire time, both texting, telephone, and e-mail. Wiley Holland was the Project Manager, and of the three vendors I'd met with, Wiley clearly was the most knowledgeable. Easy to work with, provided multiple options and a solid recommendation. His team was able to arrive on site within a day of contract signing. What was really impressive was his team; three work trucks and about eight workers. While Wiley was there most the time, he had to leave about half way through the work to attend to his two other teams. Not a big deal, his site lead worked with me the entire time, ensuring the work was completed exactly as expected. Team finished within an hour, and did an excellent job of cleaning up the debris.
