I had a 10 year old computer that wasn't working correctly. Called Glacier and after telling Taha what the computer was doing he had me take some pics of the display and send them to him. Within an hour he was able to diagnose the problem from the pics. I dropped off my computer and by that afternoon he had it repaired! I also wanted him to build me a new high performance computer. After discussing what I wanted the new system to do he recommended components that resulted in a fantastic system that met my every need. And he did all this including repairing my old computer so it works better than before and building my new system all within a week. He even drove 30 miles on a Sunday to deliver the systems to my house and set them up. That's what I call service! Glacier is definitely my first choice for anything related to computers. You can't go wrong with Glacier or Taha.

I am not a computer geek, but I am also not totally helpless when it comes to computers. I built my own desktop (with help from the internet) and have had several issues over the years that I have been able to solve. Then, it crashed harder than I've ever seen. I couldn't get it to boot even after making a bootable USB. That's why you take it to an expert. Taha fixed it in a couple days, $40 diagnostics and a $100 service fee. Under $200 is a win for me. Great service: he explained the problem and how he fixed it and saved all my important files. Highly recommended!

We have used Glacier Computer Geeks since the Covid-19 Pandemic and they have been awesome. They were responsive, listen to our family's needs and configured a solution for each issue. When virtual school started and there were now 1 adult and 3 kids working, we upgraded our systems and Glacier exceeded our needs. For the gaming side, Glacier was able to solve some glitches with X-Box and for Christmas they created a custom solution that is the envy of many teenage boys. They are always there for a late night, weekend or Christmas morning phone call with a solution. They also created a new home computer system for both parents and configured a great solution for music storage. We would highly recommend them and the best part is the customer service at your home. They can be trusted.

Price was excellent, turnaround time was great. I was able to get back into gaming in less then 48, and part of those 48 hours eas actually new years day! Todd was awsone and answered all my questions. He was able to give advice for future upgrades and performance enhanced enhancements. My PC was not sending a signal to the monitors, he diagnosed the problem and fixed for a great price. I would have never figured out the problem on my own and would have spent alot more replacing parts that didnt need replacing. Thank you Todd!

Was having issues with my old laptop, they were nice to advise moving on to a new laptop. I purchased a nice fast HP laptop with SSD, they came over transferred the data, setup a new printer, upgraded my wireless router for faster speeds, and have been helpful on follow up calls for any questions I've had with the new setup. Highly recommend to anyone looking for at home computer services.
