FIRST CHOICE MASONRY

First Choice Masonry removed an existing deck and installed an all new 18' x 30' brick patio with landing and surround steps for us this July, 2020. The brick pavers were set in concrete in a beautiful herringbone pattern with border. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with our new patio. The owner, Pari and his wife, Fatma were a pleasure to work with. Pari is truly a Master of his craft. He is dedicated and meticulous throughout the whole building process and completed the project on schedule. We are fortunate to have found Pari to build this patio for us. Pari's quality workmanship and his price are unbeatable. We've already scheduled Pari for an additional project this fall and are looking forward to working with him again.

First Choice Masonry is top notch from start to finish. We are thrilled with the new patio that they installed. Pari (the owner) worked with his crew to do a masterful job of transforming a muddy, grassy area in to a beautiful patio that we love and will be able to use for years to come. The crew worked very hard and the result exceeded all of our expectations. In addition, their price is very reasonable. We would love to do business with them again.

Pari and his team did a great job. They were punctual and professional. Pari is very committed to his work. He even came back a year later (we had some water related issues that turned out to be unrelated to his work) to remove some pavers, help check to see if we had any cracks in our foundation, etc. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with his work. He is honest and kind and I would definitely work with him again.

I received a proposal from the owner Pari in the summer. I received several bids and First Choice Masonry was slightly lower but comparably priced to another proposal that I received for the same job. I decided on First Choice based on price and the good feeling I had speaking with Pari and was told they expected to begin construction in approximately 5 weeks. The job start ended up starting about 7 weeks after the contract was signed but I was told some of the delay had to do with getting final approval on the request for all utility line markings via Miss Utility. Construction went smoothly. Pari and his crew worked full days and completed the work in about one week. They maintained a very clean site, doing a nice job to cover materials and not leave construction trash during and after the process. I was impressed with their craftsmanship and I'm very pleased with the finished product. I took their advice to not apply a polymeric sand to the joints of the pavers. I supposed time will tell regarding this decision but for now I'm very happy and excited about using the patio.
