They did an outstanding job for me fast and efficient. They are the only company I will use for any outside work on my home

I have a cedar roof, and I needed to do some maintenance and Preventive repairs, they came in give me an estimate I signed a contract and a few weeks later they did the job. They did very very good job but it was little Pricy and I had to wait for for few weeks to start the job. Overall I am extremely pleased about the work and professionalism.

I live in a condo that had been plagued with a leaking terrace. After talking to several roofers and contractors, no one was willing to tackle the job as the source of the water was unknown. Exterior Medics was recommended by a friend who had a similar situation. They came in, took it to the studs, replaced two windows and a door, repaired the years of damage, relined and repainted and haven’t seen a drop of water since. Their crew was polite, respectful, responsive and showed up on time for each scheduled meeting. After their deck repair I had them replace two sets of French doors as well.

After severe storms in April, we needed the back half of our roof replaced. It was easy to talk with them but it took forever (several months) for them to come out and do the work. Our insurance cleared it so the holdup was not on that end. They would say a crew would be out but no one would actually show up that day. The work didn’t get done until July/August. We haven’t had any issues though with the job so i think they did a good job. It just took a while to get started.

It went great. Our siding was ripped off the house by the high winds. Exterior Medics responded promptly and installed a temporary tarp. They later replaced the damaged siding. All of my interactions with the staff were pleasant. I will definitely use them again.

Extremely well with one exception. Service was great and they really went to the mat with our insurance company about what was wrong with the roof. They were always easy to reach and willing to talk through issues or questions that we had. We did have a bit of an issue at the end with scheduling the actual work -- especially with the crazy weather -- but overall a great experience and a company we would recommend.

It took a long time to get an estimate which isn't good - but the work they did was great and it's a relief to have the problem fixed. They replaced the j channel and no more water coming in the house - what a relief.

It took way too long before the work was done I had a leak in the emergency tarp they originally put down. They did come out fast enough to fix both leaks before there was any permanent water damage.

Everything (workmanship) went as expectations were presented with one exception that fortunately I had the ability to complete myself. I had to replace existing gutter screens. Nevertheless I really am appreciative that the company approached me to check my roof and then encouraged me to upgrade better shingles. It looks great.

The estimater showed up early. Was curtious and well informed on product. He arrived in a company truck and wore company shirt. We were impressed. He told us he would email the estimate tomorrow. Estimate came before evening. We decided to hire them. A date was established. The day they were supposed to arrive no one showed up. No one called. I called the office and they had no idea why no one showed up and she had to call the guy to find out. Apparently he did not finish his last job on time so he could not make the date. That showed up the following day late. Three men and a white panel van with a different name on the side. All three men barely spoke English. They finish the job within an hour. When my husband look at the job he realize that one of the gutters was put too close to the ground and one of the other gutters was facing the wrong way so they needed to come back. Had we known that the company we thought we were hiring was not going to do the job that they were just going to subcontracted out to someone else we would not have hired them. They should be totally upfront that they are not doing the job themselves.

The original repair was done promptly, and the work was good. The roof shingles did not match and the difference in color (roof was brown and grey was used) really stood out. I complained and a solution was reached, and the shingles look much better.

Wonderfully .... the representative ed came out, surveyed the scope of the repairs and gave a qoute ... due to the fact a previous roofing company removed the damaged vent ridge and left a hole in the roo, the exterior medics rep came the next day to effect the repairs asap

The folks at Exterior Medics are as professional, courteous, and knowledgeable as they get. Roof repairs are always a bummer as a homeowner, but they are a pleasure to work with and get the job done very quickly and efficiently. I have every confidence in their recommendations, their products, and their craftsmanship. We will absolutely be using them for any future roof and window projects!

From start to finish, Exterior Medics performed the estimate, work, clean up and inspection to which I award an A+. I could not have asked for better service from anyone!

It went great! They were lightening fast and on the hottest day of August to boot! Zach made sure that we were taken care of every step of the way and made working with our insurance company a breeze! He even found more damage than the inspector did and helped us get more on the coverage! We love our new roof! Exterior medics are a class act! I highly recommend them to anyone!

It went exceptionally well. The representative was driving around in my neighborhood, saw a problem and put a "doorknob" hanger with notations on what he saw and willingness to come by and give an estimate on work. I called him, he scheduled a day and time to come out and view the necessary work. He explained extensively what he thought my needs were, when he could schedule the work and how long it would take to complete the work. Please note this was after I had gotten referrals from Home Depot, Lowe's, Angie's List, Home Advisor, my own google search and signs on neighborhood properties. I either did not get a response at all or after I explained that I believed that I only needed shingles replaced, rather than a whole roof, I can only assume the other companies assumed that my job was too small for them to consider. I live in the Fredericksburg area and there were a lot of homes in this area that had a lot of roof damage and the continued wet weather did not help the ability to complete timely roof projects. I considered this representative and, his initiative, his professionalism throughout the whole process, his punctuality and thoroughness an absolute God-send. He set a time and date, came on a day that there was a 60% chance of rain; he completed the project, reviewed the final project with me and clarified any questions and concerns I had. Two hours later, the rain poured hard, heavy and long. I am absolutely sure if it had not been for Zach Stopyro at Exterior Medics, I would have had a much bigger problem. I will always seek out this business if a situation arises in the future and certainly would strongly recommend his services in the Fredericksburg/Stafford area to anyone!

I was told they could replace the french doors just like the one I had, but they put a door with out screens. I called the sales rep and advised her of the error. the project started around Feb 2018, I was then told in May that they could not get a screen for the doors they installed and if I wanted them to fix the problem it would cost me 2000.00 more. I waited until may and after calling and calling with no call back. I talked to one of the managers. I tried to work out an offer where I would pay a portion of the screens but was told they could not do any thing because they would not make any money on the work. It was there fault that that they ordered the wrong type of window but I am the one of 3500.0 and a door I do not want. I would say stay clear of this company. hey did agree to refund 200.00 But I still have same problem ( no screens). They did give me a military discount, but that does not make up for the screen.

Initially we weren't very happy, but the manager called within 24 hours to fix all the issues. Work looks good.

Work was done to satisfaction. Some delays. But overall a good outfit.

Overall it went well. Some nail cleanup issues. Broken lamp which they replaced. Roof looks good and installed as promised.

Very well. Would hire again - commissioned this work as part of a larger improvement plan..

Excellent experience. I call three companies from Angie's List and Exterior Medics was the only one to respond, but the response was immediate. A meeting was set up within days, they arrived exactly on time, and provided an estimate within 24 hours. They provided pictures of exactly what was found when they inspected the roof and gave me a couple of options, one to repair and one to replace. I chose replace as the roof was very old and replacement would be needed sooner rather than later. The work was done in one day, even though it was dark long before they were done. Everything was cleaned up and it appeared like they even raked some leaves from the front while doing so. One other benefit -- after I signed the contract but before the work was scheduled, they covered up the hole in the roof because it was going to rain. I really appreciated this and I love the new roof.
