Description of Work: They found and isolated a leak from the siding that was traveling ingot the dining room ceiling. |Many other contractors had suggested erroneous and expensive repairs which would not have solved the problem. |They had to remove the exiting siding and replace the insulation underneath. Had I not been there mid-day to see the work, one would never had known they were there. They cleaned up beautifully. The leak has never returned. They were the true medics for the situation !

Description of Work: I got a new roof for my town home. They explained to me that I only needed to replace my roof's shingles but not the underlying plywood. It only took about a 1/2 day to do this work. The work men marked off with the tape the working area before they began; once the work was completed they cleaned up to make sure that there were no nails or excess materials on the ground or in the grass.

Description of Work: A tree fell on our garage and one corner of the kitchen. Exterior Medics performed all the work to completely repair both the garage and the corner of the kitchen. They interfaced with the insurance company in a most civilized and effective manner. I highly recommend this company. |NOTE: I cannot remember the date or the cost and I am too busy with my husband's serious to get into my files.

Description of Work: The completed work was good but they damaged my exposed sunroom ceiling even after being warned and then took 2 weeks to repair the damage and repainting the ceiling.Considering their premium price I did not receive premium service.

Description of Work: Installed siding on under-deck storage area, and re-attached loose siding near roof of house.

Description of Work: They found and repaired a leak on my roof. The vent stack had a crack in the boot that covers it. They found the issue on the initial visit, and replaced all three vent covers. I have not had a leak since.

Description of Work: The company repaired a place in my roof near the seam of an attached screen-in porch that was letting water come through into my kitchen cabinets during heavy rains. Other companies had diagnosed the problem as the gable vent and no one wanted to touch it. The company scheduled me earlier than expected when they had an opening. I was grateful for this because the following week the area had a torrential downpour. The technician was profession but yet customer friendly. When he completed the job, I had confidence when he said the problem was fixed.

Description of Work: Replaced shake roof with asphalt tile and replaced gutters and down spouts. Overall did a good job. I would use again.

Description of Work: They provided a roof inspection. I also wanted to get some other information at the time. It didn’t turn out very well. While the person who came out was personable, I never heard back. I believe there was personnel turnover taking place at the time.

Description of Work: They examined and repaired my roof, replacing several damaged tiles.

Description of Work: They did not use the size gutters or downspouts I requested. They put screens in the gutters, for free and not at my request, that cause the water running down the roof in a hard rain to overshoot the gutters and go down the front of the house. I called and the owner came out, but did not remove the screens. I am not using them again. I no longer trust them and don't want them on my property. I am going to have to hire someone to remove the screens from the gutters. I only ordered new gutters because I wanted the bigger gutters and downspouts and I did not get those. Other parts of the work look good. I don't know the date of the last contact. I think the work was done in early 2013.

I was connected with this company through my condo association who covered these repairs. | |I could not have been more pleased with this experience. I found this company to be responsive, punctual and professional in every dealing I had with them. I certainly would contact in the future if necessary.

Description of Work: Latest job was replacing windows, but used them for deck work and replacing roof in the past. Tend to be a little more expensive than other estimates, but customer service, professionalism, and quality of workmanship make it worthwhile.
