Description of Work: Job was done very professionally. Excellent sales rep with solid presentation. Crew was timely, did nice job protecting our deck and front yard. Unfortunately the job coordinator could have done a better job of contacting us in advance about when the crews would be coming, and the schedule of work, which created some unnecessary stress about the job. But in the end the work was excellent and timely. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Everything went great! I would highly recommend them. They helped me navigate a tricky situation with my attached neighbor's roof, and worked with me to install a custom solution for my unique situation. They were very flexible, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Description of Work: Replaced damaged shutters and storm doors for double doors leading to backyard. Exterior Medics could not provide an exact match to the original storm doors, but the replacements look very nice and the paint matches the interior doors and house trim. The job took longer than I expected - it was completed over a period of several months, but I did not have a deadline for completion. I plan to have this company replace doors to a screened porch.

Description of Work: Great customer service, representation, and quality installation. Only minor complaint is that the post-work cleanup left a little to be desired given that it was dark when the installation was completed.

Description of Work: They installed a complete new roof on our home. Due to dome family health issues, we had to delay and then interrupt the installation twice. They were very accommodating and sympathetic to our needs and worked closely with us to create an acceptable schedule. They also returned twice to make some minor changes- one which we at first missed, and one on which we just changed our mind after the fact. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They did a good job. They responded to any issues I had. They came back as often as I asked to handle any detail. I recommended them to my neighbor. I heard about them from the neighbor up the street who was pleased. I thought they were pricey, but they did have to do a lot of extra work. I had to get the accountant to subtract an incorrect fee. They subcontracted the work to an independent crew. The Exterior Medic crew did my neighbor's house. Good to compare prices before signing a contract. The sales guy was persuasive, said he would look after us. We never saw him again. They seem to be a busy company.
