They came out on time and looked at the area where my roof was leakin. They were unable to find the issue and the roof is still leaking.

I purchased roof inspection package through Angie's List "Big Deals". Representative came out, reviewed roof in detail and provided an estimate for some repairs. I didn't have repairs done only because time got away from me. I should have and would have had no problem working with the Exterior Medics

Oscar responded to our request for a quote to have maintenance work done on our roof and around all of our windows. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The President of the company called me to setup the dates and times for the work. The work performed was excellent, the crew was very professional, and they did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done. The crew took before and after pictures and completed all work as agreed. It was a pleasure working with Exterior Medics.

I primarily bought this package to repair my roof where an old satellite dish had been removed. Their engagement and immediate follow-up was great but the repair did not last. Within a year the ceiling drywall immediately below was ruined and had to be replaced, so I engaged a professional roofer to replace the shingles properly. In hindsight they should have known to replace the shingles not just caulk the holes, however they were very confident their repair would be sufficient.

Everyone I dealt with was excellent, professional, and highly skilled. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and low pressure. He spent a great deal of time helping me find a product that fit my needs and was affordable. The door is of superior quality and comes with a lifetime, transferable warranty--as does the workmanship. The installation crew took great pains to protect my flooring at the entry and all areas contingent with the installation area. They left everything in impeccable order. It was a terrific experience from beginning to end. This door replaced one I had purchased through Home Depot just 18 months before. The Home Depot experience was nightmare. Door and transom leaked almost from day one and I got no satisfaction from Home Depot, the subcontractor, or the door manufacturer. Meanwhile the wood around the door rotted and my hardwood floor started to buckle. It was a hard lesson in that you get what you pay for.

The job was performed as expected, very satisfied.

I wanted an estimate for the roofs of two houses and only one was completed. It was very good information but I wanted to do the work for both houses at the same time.

I work for a general contractor and we use Exterior Medics for roofing and siding work because they do excellent work, are incredibly responsive and very professional. I recently replaced the roof and gutters on my own house and of course called them because I knew that I could depend on the work and the pricing would be very competitive.

We had damage to our exterior wall, under our siding, probably because of an area of our roof where there was no rain diverter and there was a gap in the J-molding. We requested Exterior Medics to provide an estimate, and then to repair the issue. First, we received a call the morning of their intended visit. Not a real problem, but it'd be nice to have a bit more notice. Second, part of the repair was a "creative use of caulk" to close a gap between our gutter and siding. Not really a professional repair job, and not something one would think would last more than a year. Third, I contacted the company about the Quality Control and asked that they come out to check things out. I provided photos of before and after. The company sent out a second repair team that did a nice job of closing up gaps and ensuring that water would diverted from our roof into the gutter. We're happy with the final job but don't feel that we should have had to make the second call. Also, the company was referred to us. Because of a general workload caused by Hurricane Sandy, we went with Exterior Medics, our first and only quote. If we had it to do over, we'd have held off on the work and received other estimates. This, because we feel that EM might have been high. Bottom line: We received a quality job and their response to our request for QC was excellent. They care about the job they do and their customer service.

Very prompt and professional. Extremely friend staff. Only problem I had was with price. I had 3 estimates performed but their prices far exceeded all the other estimates provided by other companies.

Instead of spending $119 for a roof estimate (should be free based on future business), I was expecting a more detailed write up on roof condition. Pictures of areas requiring roofing work was good; however, instead of writing down the service needs, an in-person conversation was conducted along with receiving a roofing estimate for work.

We had a small earthquake and they went up and checked the roof for any issues that may have resulted. He provided a photo of a crack in the chimney cap and gave an estimate to fix it. We didn't have the chimney fixed at the time, but he did reseal around the flashing.

Exterior Medics did an excellent job on the numerous projects involved in fixing rotted areas on the exterior of our house. They had a couple of different teams involved in the different tasks, an estimator, and a foreman, and everyone involved with the company was extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with. They spent 3-4 days at the house all told fixing the problem areas and repeatedly called with updates about when they would be finished. Everyone was completely focused on making sure I understood and was happy with the work that was going on. They have great customer service. I will use them again for future exterior issues - they did a great job.

Exterior medics helped me get insurance fund for my roof that was damaged by rain. They did an excellent job.

During Storm Sandy I experienced 2 leaks, both coming down 2 different air vents on the second floor of my SF house. After the storm was over, I immediately called Exterior Medic and they squeezed me into their already booked schedule. Tom Green came out just a couple of days after I had called them. This is something I greatly appreciated. I have worked with Tom in the past (8/24/2011 review where I had 3 builders grade ridge vents removed and 3 Air Vent Shingle Vent II systems properly installed) and so I know how friendly, courteous, and professional he is. He is just a really nice guy. He inspected the roof and found that my gas chimney stack had moved about a foot to the left of its original spot. This explains the 2 leaks down the ventilation shafts. He explained how they would fix the problem. He also told me that they would replace the missing/loose roof shingles, and that they would inspect, remove, and replace any damaged parts of the ridge vents, that they would re-install the loose siding, and caulk/seal any exposed nail heads, the pipe collars, the furnace stack, and all the flashing on the roof. He also gave me a 5% discount for being an Angie's List member. Within a week of Tom's inspection they were working on fixing my place. They did a real nice job, as I knew they would do. I can't thank them enough for squeezing me in the way they did, because I really needed their help. It is nice to have a company that you can count on when you really need help the most.
