Exterior Medics

Crews were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Was a multiple crew, multiple day project with good scheduling and good cleanup between days. All work was done well and we are very pleased.

Overall - it went well. The original project manager was horrible - but the company realized that and made a change and provided a new project manager. They realize a problem and fixed it! You can't ask for a better resolution than that.

Apparently, ExteriorMedics doesn't want your business. On October 7, a sales consultant named Julien Freville came to my home to provide an estimate for masonry work. On October 12, Julien wrote to say he would need to take a second look with his mason the next day. On October 13, Julien canceled the second look. On October 15, Julien and the mason came back to my home for the estimate. On October 19, I wrote to ask when I would see a scope of work and cost estimate. On October 21, I left a voicemail asking the same thing. On November 5, I wrote again asking for the information. On November 30, I gave up on Exterior Medics as a lost cause. I never received any information from them and will find someone else to help me with my home repairs.

Their is an opportunity for better follow up after contract signing. I was not advised when I would get a scheduling phone call so I had to follow up. During install I had to ask about the screen install over the gutters, they were unaware of the screen install called and then went back up to install, no follow thru to tell me the screens installed and job was complete. Their is an opportunity for better communication pre and post install. I am glad I got the work done and choose this company to do it. Never had used this company it is important that expectations are communicated to build trust.

I didn't hire Exterior Medics but I'm leaving a positive review because Tom was so helpful and honest. Another mason gave me an estimate and recommended repointing my wall. Tom looked at it and said that it would be possible to do some touch-up but it really was not needed. Tom also reviewed a roof drainage question I had and helped me understand what was going on, but indicated it was not the type of work that they did. It's rare to have a contractor who is straight with you and doesn't try to gin up something to sell you. I would definitely call Exterior Medics again when I had work to do.

The team was extremely knowledgeable and professional and worked extremely hard over a period of two weeks. Every detail was attended to. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering replacing old siding on their home.

The door was repaired timely manner. The price was reasonable.

Great Team, Professional from Start to Finish. The Team assessed our sliding glass door and determined it needed to be replaced. Exterior Medics offered several options and answered all questions. Door was replaced in timely fashion and is of high quality. Very happy with their work! Will definitely rehire!!

The whole process was smooth and professional - they took pictures before and after and freely shared them with us. Communication was easy and upfront. Would definitely recommend and reuse!

We engaged Exterior Medics for a reasonably complicated roof / water damage repair—all of which was exterior work. From our first contact, they were extremely good with communication through the estimating, quoting, and project execution phases. They were accommodating and speedy with changes I requested after starting, and when disassembly of the damaged areas showed more damage than originally assessed, they were speedy and reasonable with the change order quote for a more complex repair. The teams performing the work did excellent work which was completed on schedule—despite the changes and additions in scope. During the project the EM project manager (Arash) did an excellent job keeping us informed about progress and what was going on. They also took and furnished pictures extensively throughout the repair, documenting what they found and what was required to remediate everything. For the quality of work, the transparency, communication, and reliability, I certainly felt we received a good value for our money. They worked to make a potentially-stressful engagement as painless as possible.

Presented problems and repair options in a professional manner. Upon comparison to other roofing businesses, representatives at Exterior Medics were truly professional, especially in terms of communication and timeliness. One year warranty also helped cement my decision to go with the company.

Perfect. Very professional and punctual. Great workmanship. Very courteous. I have had them do work for me before. Although they are not cheap, I think the pricing is fair and they do a beautiful job.

Awesome! The team was on time, and finished all all the work within the time provided. Their communication was awesome! They let us know when the team would arrive, the team called to confirm, and each stage of the project was clearly communicated. Best contract communications I have ever had. Work was well done. I had one issue which was resolved within 24 hours. Can say enough good things about Exterior Medics!

Smooth and easy! We did everything by email, including signing the contract. When the person came out to measure, they were quick and practiced social distancing. When the doors were installed the crew was neat and professional. We are very happy with our new door.

It went very well. they were professional, punctual and did a good job cleaning up afterword. The only issue was they were using very long roofing nails but didn't realize that those nails were punching through my T-11 Sheeting (which is what we see from inside our porch) instead of roofing staples. Luckily I checked on the work early and the damage was minor, had them pull about 20 nails and then they used shorter roofing nails which worked out.

This is our second great experience with Exterior Medics. We had them do a major wood siding replacement project a couple years ago so when we needed roof repairs done, we knew they were a good company to work with. We were wondering whether there would be issues with getting work done during the Coronavirus shutdown or how they would handle it. The sale consultant set the tone early - no contact during the inspection process, Zoom to walk through the assessment and proposal, and no impact on the scheduling overall. They were trustworthy in providing assessments and estimates for different levels of work - a set of repairs absolutely needed to fix a leak, a set of repairs for other apparent damage, and a set of repairs to prevent future issues. We ended up doing a full roof replacement, a chimney repair, and gutter replacement. I am not going to say it was cheap - but it was a good value considering the scale of the job. We needed a custom skylight, which did lead to some delays, but Exterior Medics kept in touch regarding timeframes and were super helpful (and apologetic, although it was out of their control). Once the skylight was in, the scheduling was very fast. The job would take 3 days - one for delivery and the masonry work, one for the roof replacement, and one for the gutters. Even as bad weather threatened, they didn't panic and as the forecast turned out better than expected, they held to the schedule. The team worked VERY hard while onsite - not only did they work fast, but they were consistently cleaning up debris during the whole job. They also did multiple sweeps with magnets to get any screws and roofing nails. The job was completed exactly when expected despite some other repairs being required during the job. Overall very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work - it was exactly what we expected from past work they have done for us. We definitely intend to use them on future projects.

After receiving 3 quotes from different roofing companies, we decided to go with Exterior Medics. Their quote was very transparent, and they offered the best materials and warranty of all others we had spoken with. Julien, Sales Consultant at Exterior Medics, provided us with detailed explanations, including examples and photos of specific repairs that were needed in order to restore our roof (such as have the proper venting installed). We decided to replace the gutters too per his assessment. Additionally, Julien even met with our neighbors to explain to them why the parapets needed to be built between our adjoining roofs. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism displayed by Exterior Medics. Every step of the process was handled in a manner the exceeded our expectations. The entire service was completed in 2 days. Julien was on top of this job from the beginning to the final inspection. Ernesto, who was the foreman, ensured his team conducted this task with great speed and professionalism. The clean-up was great. Honestly, our deck was cleaner after they completed the job than it was before they started. Our new roof and gutters look outstanding! We will MOST DEFINITELY recommend Exterior Medics to family, friends and strangers.

Job started on time and was finished with daylight to spare. Clean up could have been better but in their defense it was cold out. The gutters were replaced a few days later. Finished work looks good.

Replace the ridge vent and fix leaks around the chimney, 2 boards and some shingles. Job well done.

Exterior Medics responded promptly to my request, sending Luke out to inspect our roof and gutters. Luke provided a thorough review including aerial pictures from a drone. He answered all of our questions and recommended replacing our gutters to direct water flow more efficiently (I.e., reduce overflow in several key areas), prevent water from trapping at the chimney, and avoid further damage to the soffits. The cost proposal was fair and reasonable, and the work was performed in a timely manner. Onsite workers were professional, courteous and left everything clean and in order. We have already seen the difference our new gutters make. We feel good moving forward knowing that our roof, chimney, and gutters are in good working order, and if anything comes up in the future we won’t hesitate to contact Exterior Medics again.

This was a very professional job. The agent on the phone was always able to pull up data on our job and answer questions concerning scheduling. The workers arrived as scheduled and took photos before, during, and after the work so I could see the damage and how well the work was accomplished. They cleaned up after the work and blew the leaves off my small lawn.

It was good. They were excellent. The guys who originally came was very thorough. They did what they said they were going to do. They offered what they said they would offer. They were very responsive.
