I think technically they were good but overall they took some time to resolve issues. Their internal communication was not that good. The actual painter did not show up with the correct paint that I wanted and I had to send him to get the correct the paint. It took them awhile when I had questions about the roofing to get someone out. They also took awhile to pick up after themselves and my neighbors complained that trash was blowing in their yard and they never finished picking up after themselves. While they were doing my roof and they ignored me and charged me for replacing wood on my roof. In the end there was a charge that I was not expecting. I like the concept of what they are trying to do but there were some issues. The quality of the work was pretty good. They did not communicate with me in a timely way about the bill when I was there on site. I thought they were very expensive as well.

Exterior Medics did a fantastic job. Very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. Listened carefully to our needs and concerns. Completed the job quickly and cleaned up all evidence of work. We will plan to use them again when we replace our siding.

We contacted the company to schedule an estimate, and they made an appointment for a few days later, but made a big deal out of emphasizing that someone had to be home to meet the estimator. When the day came, my wife had forgotten the appointment, but rushed home to meet the estimator. She sat in her car the whole time and the estimator didn't ask any questions or provide an estimate at that point, so there was basically no point in meeting him. After at least a week, we called the company because we still hadn't received an estimate, and the person who answered the phone insisted that we had to talk to the guy who did the estimate, who was on another call, So, we left a message and were told he would call us back. He never did, so we assumed the company wasn't interested in our business and used someone else.
