I like their customer service and have good quality work.

It turned out very well. They explained everything thoroughly and I felt like they were honest because I got estimates from several companies. It seemed to me that they were more honest. I trusted that they were telling the truth that they would do the job well.

They are so fabulous and I just love them. They have done several things in the past seven years. They have come out multiple times and we have been talking about having them come out again. The owner always comes out personally when I call. I was one of his first customers so, he is always loyal.

Fine! They did it in a couple of hours and they cleaned up after themselves. The price was fair. There was a delay in the quote process that I did not like.

The service was fine and it was perfect. I called them to do more service. Everything was fine and that is why I called them back. They did a great job. I will not call a service provider back if the service was not good.

It turned out great. They gave outstanding customer service.

It was great. It stopped the leaking and everything dried up and now I had it fixed on the inside too so it's like that never happened. They knew exactly what the problem was. They knew exactly what the fix was. They delivered it on time at the price they quoted so I was pretty happy. They had to custom-make it and install it. I feel the price was okay. I'm pretty sure they were punctual. They gave me an estimate and told me how long it would be and got it on time and installed it on time.

The service was fine and perfect. They did a great job. I like their professionalism, quality and reliability. The price was very good.

They were good; it turned out well. It was a simple job and they did a good job. The person that came out to give the estimates was professional and the work was done in one day. So far there are no more leaks; everything seems good. Their price was competitive.

They came over for an estimate, and I haven't needed to contact them since.

We interviewed approximately 5 companies to perform exterior repairs on our 1947 stone (bottom) and siding (upper) Cape Cod. Exterior Medics was the highest priced (by about $1,000) of the five contractors who provided us estimates. Our decision to go with them was a result of their site visit for the estimate. Mason was the only contractor to actually take me up on our roof and walk me through the issues we knew we had (poorly installed roof shingles on a flat roof, low grade fixtures (skylight, vent stacks) and was the first contractor to identify why we were getting water leaking from our window sill (no drip edge or barrier which had eroded the plywood and was sending water down the wall). Mason also was honest about our fireplace (we had one of those elastomeric caps put on) and recommended putting a mortar cap and fixing some grout lines and a pop-out (which another stone mason said leave alone, in hindsight, because he didn?t want to get on the roof and fully review the situation as there was clearly an issue). In addition, Exterior Medics was a certified Hardie installer and warrantied their work. We decided the slightly higher price was worth it. Exterior Medics did a fantastic job of keeping in contact with us, updating us by phone when the materials were ordered and when work was scheduled to begin. The fireplace work was finished in two days. During the removal of the siding we discovered significant water damage to the frame of the house caused by the improperly completed roof by the previous owner. Exterior Medics discussed the additional costs with us and walked us through the options. We also decided to purchase a new window as the older one was damaged from the water. The crew basically took the entire back of our house down to the framing. Under the vinyl siding was the original cedar siding (in very bad condition) and a layer of foam board which had been placed over the cedar siding. This also increased the cost of our project slightly. The roof installers did a great job putting on our flat roof and installing the new fixtures. I couldn?t have been happier. Now some of the cons: When we bought the window, Exterior Medic?s window installer came out and discussed how we were going to finish the trim of the window. But during the re-framing process, the siding team, not the window installers actually re-built the frame and window casing and installed the window. I don?t think they had too much experience with building a window frame. The window handle was bent a little bit and the entire casing was not completely level. They also didn?t re-install an electric socket correctly. Another team came to finish the interior trim on the window. They didn?t have the proper tools (table saw) and instead cut the trim pieces using a miter saw, which left saw marks on the wood which they didn?t sand out initially. The crew just put a lot of paint on the wood and called it a day. I discussed my concerns with Exerior Medics and they promptly sent a new crew back who sanded the window, repainted it and then properly re-installed the socket. We had zero problems with the roof or the masonry work. The only problem we had with the siding was that they forgot to install the drip edge which left our roof decking exposed (and susceptible to water damage). After we noticed it, I called Exterior Medics and they had a crew out in under 48 hours and installed the drip edge around the whole house. Overall, we were very happy with the service and product we received. My neighbors thought the work was well-done and hired them to complete a couple of small projects on their house (which turned out very well). The payment process was seamless (and they take credit cards which was a nice option). They didn?t push us for payments and ensured that we were completely satisfied with everything before final payment was due. We also got a nice surprise at the end of the project where we received a warranty for the workmanship and a personal thank you from the owners. I have another contractor completing two projects on my house and my experience with Exterior Medics far surpassed the experience I?m currently having with the other contractor.

It worked out very well except for one little scar on the hardwood where they dropped a big piece of equipment through the second story. I had gotten some other bids. They did what they said they were going to do. I got first class parts and stuff. The work was good. I don't know if I would choose them again. I would first look around.

The service went poorly. There was an area of the roof with a gap in the flashing. The area was only a foot or two wide. The technician came out and said he could not repair the gap. He said he would have to have a crew come out and that would cost an additional $500. I ended up having another company come out and they were able to repair the flashing for $35. The deal included photo evidence of repairs needed and I never got them through email. I did see them on his phone. They also tried to push siding sales instead of discussing the roof issues with me. I thought the deal was a waste of money.

Did a great job installing two new windows. Cleaned up so well that we could not tell they were even in the house. Excellent workmanship. Masonry work was well done and they even matched the color of the mortar of the existing brickwork. Highly recommended.

I complained several times. Snow piled up on top of the roof. The company came back and instead of cleaning up, dropped the snow and into the street where it was incredibly dangerous. They did not agree to fix the problem. Not only did they leave the sloping roof uncorrected, they made it worse. They wore the wrong type of shoes which damaged it even further. They went back on their word on several occasions. Their contract was misleading and they misrepresented themselves. What they did was not matching what they promised.

He called me and let me know when he was coming so I could remove my photos and frames from my walls so that they would not be damaged during the work. For three weeks now he has been saying he was going to do my siding for my unit. He still hasn't done mine yet and other units have been done. He just called me yesterday to let me know he would not get to my building next week either. Who know if he will even get to me at all! He is not someone to work with.

Here are the good parts of my experience: 1) I was very impressed with the apparent thoroughness and professionalism of the initial estimator. He handed me a fat folder of information about Exterior Medics and a detailed cost proposal. However, it turned out later that he missed a hole in the roof from a tree branch that was a little further from the edge of the roof. 2) They agreed to fix the hole that was missed initially at no additional cost (although they first tried to claim that the hole wasn't there when they first looked at the roof "because the damage was obvious and how could they have missed it." However, after I pointed out that no additional trees had fallen on my roof since they first came out, they were nice about it and called me back within minutes to say they would complete the repair at no additional cost.) 3) They agreed to put on a small tarp on the roof to cover the damaged areas at no additional cost to protect from rain damage since the repair took 3 weeks to complete. (However, the tarp didn't cover the additional hole that was missed initially.) 4) They seem to have done a good job of fixing the roof, gutter, and siding, and I'm happy that I was able to get one company to fix all the damage. As part of their routine process, they sent out an inspector to make sure the work was completed and performed correctly. When I requested it, they emailed me before and after pictures of the roof so I could see what they had done, since I can't see that part of the roof directly. 5) They initially had the wrong color of siding that did not match the existing siding. Instead of installing the wrong siding, they recognized the mistake on their own, ordered the correct siding, and came back to install it. Here are the bad parts of my experience: 1) They had moved to a new location a month before I got an estimate but still had the old address on the contract, so it took over a week for my check to reach them. 2) They don't safeguard customer credit card data properly. Instead of limiting access to credit card numbers, they write them on the front page of the contract, which many employees have access to. (That's why I paid by check, when I generally prefer to pay by credit card.) 3) They initially did not include the 5% Angie's List discount on my contract, and then filled in the new cost information incorrectly, so it took several back-and-forth emails to get it right. 4) They missed an obvious hole in my roof, but caught the mistake later and corrected it. Luckily, I haven't seen any water damage from the hole not being covered by the tarp. 5) I specifically told them I'd be on vacation and wanted the work done after my return when I was home. While I was gone, they called and tried to contact me, then proceeded with the work even though they did not reach me. 6) During his initial visit, the estimator claimed that they are very careful about where they throw trash while they're working and that they run a magnet around to pick up loose nails. This is completely false. After their work, I found about 30 nails and other debris scattered around the front, side, and back of my house, including three nails in my driveway where they could have punctured a tire and many other nails in places people could step on by accident. I sent them a photograph of my hands overflowing with nails and they said the inspector would run a magnet around the yard when he came to do the inspection. I don't know if he did that, but we found an additional nail in our driveway after his visit.

The repair was done very well. Siding matches perfectly and looks great. I was impressed with Exterior Medics from the moment we first spoke on the phone to the very end. Very professional interaction. I would definitely use them again.

They were absolutely the best we have run into. They guy who came out unknown my wife Mitchen she said no more about roofing anyone should be allowed to know after he got explaining what they were going to do. They got there on time. He did a thorough estimate to start with. Every single thing that they said they were going to do they completed and the clean up was spotless. You could not even tell they have been there except for my bran new shinning roof. They are the best of bunch.

My initial experience with Exterior Medics began in Nov 2013 and did not leave me thrilled. However, once Joe, the owner learned of the situation and my dissatisfaction, he contacted me the very next day. We were able to talk about the issues and schedule a day for the outstanding repair work to be completed. The day of the work, the guys show up on time and completed the work in one day. Joe even stopped by to make sure that everything was going smoothly. While my first review resulted in an overall grade of F, if the first instance would have occurred as it did today, I would have given an overall grade of A. That said, I would consider them for future business with a clear discussion about expectations and timeframes upfront. Originally, I was firm about not using them in the future, but considering the fact that they owned up to their mistakes and corrected the situation, it shows that they have integrity and care about their customers and their work.

Exterior Medics completed two separate jobs for us. The first was a large brick repair job at various parts of the house including a very ugly corner that had settled. From estimate to scheduling to work, they were great. We were so happy with their first job (which they did in a very timely manner for us) that we hired them to fix a few more brick issues we had but hadn't prioritized. We are extremely happy with the work. The mortar color matches very well. I would recommend them without hesitation.

It was fine. Everything went relatively well. They could have done a better job with cleaning up. They also did some work for my neighbor and left cement drippings all over my deck porch. Also I found nails and other things in my yard and I think they should have done a better job. They didn't do the best job in that regard. They were fairly priced.

It went well. They performed the roof maintenance and didn't suggest any additional service. Everyone was very professional.

The contractor was a bit a late but the girls in the office called to let me know, which I appreciated. The inspection of the trims needing repair was informative. The contractor explained everything in detail about how the work would proceed and what safety precautions would be taken because it involved replacing wood around the chimney. But the estimate came much higher than I expected, although he assured me only the best materials would be used that would last for lifetime. I ended up using another contractor for half the price. But I applaud this company's professionalism and responsiveness, and would work with them again.
