Excellent service from time salesman came to visit us to install. They had to return to fix the interior of the window by using plaster to seal open space created by the different sizes of the skylights.

Evaluation and Estimation process went fine, sales person was knowledgeable and responsive. First day of repairs went fine except that they got the wrong color shingles, so they had to come back. 2nd time they came back, they discovered the shingles still didn't match, and only then did they discover that my shingles were discontinued. They did eventually come u with a solution, but then when I inspected some of the J-channels were cracked but not replaced, which necessitated a third visit. Pro: Good communication, was always able to get a prompt response from someone when I wasn't sure what was going on, and they were good about proactive communication as well. Con: It took a few visits for everything to get fixed.

Exterior Medics are consummate professionals, all the way from initial consultation to the completion of service. Our consultant, Mason Arthur, was incredibly thorough and informative. We know we're a couple of years away from a roof replacement and at no time did we feel like Exterior Medics was asking us to put excessive money into a roof that is close to needing to be replaced. The entire process was incredibly easy and when they had an opening on their schedule, they dispatched a crew early and got the work done while we were at work! Photos were emailed when they were done and that was that - could not have been easier! We'll definitely be calling Exterior Medics in the future for our roofing needs.

Estimator was very prompt and professional. He even fixed a loose piece of flashing while he was doing the estimate! The work was scheduled quickly and they were able to complete it without us needing to be home. It appeared to be done exactly as specified and the new shingles blend in well. Leak has not reoccurred. There was a small problem where the workers left a hose running but Exterior Medic offered to adjust their charges to cover the difference in our water bill. Overall we were very happy and would definitely use them again for roof repair work.

We have not had the work done, but anticipate having Exterior Medics perform the work when we do.

They charged me $25,000 to repair two dormer windows, a very small wood chimney (for a gas stove), and to paint half of a small Arlington house. It was about two or three times as expensive as the other bidders. I probably shouldn't have used them due to the crazy price but I was impressed by their very detailed quote and thorough presentation. Also based on what another provider had told me, I told them at the beginning that the wood under the two dormer windows was rotten, so they knew that up front. Still, half way through the work - when I was over a barrel and had little choice but to continue - they then upped their quote by at least $5,000 based on the rotten wood that I had already told them about. I wouldn't have minded as much, except the original price was already super duper high. Also please DO NOT TRUST any of the reviews on Angies List. I picked this company based on the reviews, and later found out that they give discounts if you agree to review them on Angies list. In my mind, if you are essentially being paid for your reviews, it ruins the integrity of those reviews. All that being said, if money is no object, then otherwise their service is very good and they were all very pleasant. I probably would not use them again due to price.

I think technically they were good but overall they took some time to resolve issues. Their internal communication was not that good. The actual painter did not show up with the correct paint that I wanted and I had to send him to get the correct the paint. It took them awhile when I had questions about the roofing to get someone out. They also took awhile to pick up after themselves and my neighbors complained that trash was blowing in their yard and they never finished picking up after themselves. While they were doing my roof and they ignored me and charged me for replacing wood on my roof. In the end there was a charge that I was not expecting. I like the concept of what they are trying to do but there were some issues. The quality of the work was pretty good. They did not communicate with me in a timely way about the bill when I was there on site. I thought they were very expensive as well.

Exterior Medics did a fantastic job. Very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. Listened carefully to our needs and concerns. Completed the job quickly and cleaned up all evidence of work. We will plan to use them again when we replace our siding.

IT WENT VERY WELL. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL, THOROUGH AND ACCOMMODATING. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THEIR QUALITY OF WORK AND THE PRODUCTS THEY USED. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

We contacted the company to schedule an estimate, and they made an appointment for a few days later, but made a big deal out of emphasizing that someone had to be home to meet the estimator. When the day came, my wife had forgotten the appointment, but rushed home to meet the estimator. She sat in her car the whole time and the estimator didn't ask any questions or provide an estimate at that point, so there was basically no point in meeting him. After at least a week, we called the company because we still hadn't received an estimate, and the person who answered the phone insisted that we had to talk to the guy who did the estimate, who was on another call, So, we left a message and were told he would call us back. He never did, so we assumed the company wasn't interested in our business and used someone else.

The estimator arrived on time. He was very professional and actually noticed some additional cracking I had not seen. He explained why it was occurring in this location. He explained in detail what was required to repair it and gave what I felt was a reasonable estimate for the work required. Once I accepted the estimate, the team was scheduled to complete the work within a week. The work was done extremely well. He matched the color and special detailing in the mortar. It was done very neatly. He cleaned everything up prior to leaving.

To be honest, I don't remember - I'm just trying to get an annoying popup that shows up every time I come to Angie's List to go away.

So my flat roof leaked while I was away from vacation for a month; so I looked up roofers on Angie's list and picked this roofer because they said that they were able to come right away. The salesman was very professional and I don't doubt the quality of their work. However,after major remodeling projects I am not prepared financially to do a full replacement at the moment even with financing. I contacted my insurance company and she recommended that I contact Exterior Medics back to do an emergency tarping before it rains. They came out and for $595.00 covered part of the roof of where they suspected the leak. Meanwhile, the insurance adjustor came with a roofer to check their work and due to wind the tarp came loose and also discovered that they have inserted several nails to hold the tarp on a flat roof that is already leaking. So the insurance company ask that I call them back to seal the holes that they made. The secretary was prompt and sent the invoice via email and informed me that they will get back with me. The insurance roofer said that the roof still can last 2 to 3 years if repaired and re-sealed if I am not ready to replace it now. At this point the nails just aggrevated the leak problem. When I do replace the roof a year from now, not sure if I can trust this company to do it. Not a very good impression with this minor job.

Went great, quick job and great price. Ben Matthews is awesome and the crew was friendly. There have been no further leaks in that area and although they left some debris, they are aware and made efforts to come and finish cleaning it up.

These guys are the best. When the lifetime warranty for your siding arrives in a package of Mrs. Field's cookies, you know you found a gem of a company. From start to finish, Exterior Medics is all about first-rate service that included a thank-you note once we signed the contract from Joe LeVecchi and Mark Watson, the president and VP, saying they appreciated our business and didn't take it for granted since there is so much competition out there. Exterior Medics was the 3rd company to bid on replacing our beat-up aluminum siding; the first two bids ranged from $12k to $50k so we weren't sure what we were getting into. Mason Arthur, the sales rep, showed up after we had to postpone once (plus they were booked out one week when we first called, always a good sign) and from the get-go it was obvious he knew what he was talking about. He had already driven around our neighborhood to see the rest of the homes so his recommendation for siding was exactly what we were looking for. Of the 3 bidders, he was the only one to recommend we not replace our shutters and told us to paint them instead. He also went up into the attic and then told us we didn't need to replace our soffits, and spotted carpenter bee damage that even our pest company of ten years had missed. Sign us up. He then recommended a company they often work with to repaint the exterior trim and power wash the brick facade. Even better, they coordinated the schedules so the siding work started once the painting was done--plus they arranged to get additional paint so the Exterior Medics crew could take care of repainting the new fascia boards. What we especially appreciated was the professionalism of everyone in this company--competent crews that always cleaned up each day, managers coming by to inspect work on a regular basis, and end of the day phone calls from the main office to make sure everything was going well, plus keeping us up-to-date on the schedule (which was, of course, weather-dependent). If it were possible to give higher grades than all As, this company definitely earned it. Every request we made was handled promptly and no issue was too small to overlook. And the cookies were pretty darned good, too.

This was the second time I've used this company and I can not say enough good things about them. The salesman, Tom, was everything you want in a salesman when it comes to a very large purchase. He worked with me for over a year until the time was right for us to do the work. The priority job was to replace the wood siding with vinyl. As much as I would have loved to replace all of my 31 windows, with a limited budget, it made sense to at least replace the windows that were on the side of the house with the new siding. Tom and I worked out a quote to include all of the siding, 7 windows and a sliding door. After having several quotes, it wasn't the cheapest, but also wasn't the most expensive. The decision wasn't hard because I was already so impressed with their work on a previous job and with Tom's patience with the whole process. A few days later, the company sent a man out to measure the windows and they were ordered with about a 3-4 week timeframe. When the time finally came, we scheduled the window installation first and then the siding. Due to prior poor weather resulting in jobs needing to be completed before mine, they didn't come on the day they were supposed to. I called the company and we determined that I basically got lost in the shuffle and someone forgot to call me to reschedule. We rescheduled, but what happened next was shocking. I received a call from the owner expressing his sincere apologies and then they sent me a restaurant gift card to make up for the inconvenience. A+ in customer service! On the day of the job, the crew showed up an effiiciently installed the windows and door without a hitch. The next day, the siding crew showed up and removed all of the old siding, repaired wood rot and got to work. Again, this is a three story house we're talking about and they did everything without a hitch. Installation took a while, but I didn't mind because I didn't feel like they were rushing and were doing a fantastic job. Everything looked fantastic and they cleaned up all debris when they were finished. Great job Exterior Medics! One more thing to add. My wife and I are both gov't employees. The final balance was due right at the time of the shutdown that lasted three weeks. In that time of uncertainty, we were nervous to part with that much money. Exterior Medics allowed us to get through the furlough before paying the remainder, and for that I am very grateful. This company is great in every way and when our budget permits us to complete the remainder of our windows, you better believe I'll be calling them. Thank you Exterior Medics!

Fine! They did it in a couple of hours and they cleaned up after themselves. The price was fair. There was a delay in the quote process that I did not like.

They were good; it turned out well. It was a simple job and they did a good job. The person that came out to give the estimates was professional and the work was done in one day. So far there are no more leaks; everything seems good. Their price was competitive.
