Exterior Medics

Very well! A friend of mine referred Exterior Medics because she was so happy with the roofing job they did for her. They completed all the work in less than 1.5 days and thoroughly cleaned up everything when they were done. They stayed in touch with me regularly from the point I signed the contract until I confirmed that I was pleased with the work and cleanup. Very professional, curteous and responsive to my questions and concerns. I think their price was reasonable for the quality of the products, services, warranties and piece of mind.

As always, the Exterior Medics team is very responsive and accommodating, to include the owner who contacted me directly to discuss the work. This is a great company to work with.

Quality of work seems to be very good, so far everything holding well. Fixing the screens was more time consuming then a lay person might expect but they completed the job in estimated time frame. I had several estimates made with extreme variation in price range. Theirs was in the middle. They were a professional group and I would use them again if needed.

All the work was done correctly within the estimate. Work started on time and was completed on time. Overall we are very happy with their work and would hire them again. The only issue was it took two trips to get an estimate from Exterior Medics which delayed the repairs. They first sent someone to do a warrantee estimate from previous work which it wasn't and there was no follow-up until we contacted them a 2nd time to get someone to give a new work estimate. It would've been nice had they just had someone do both estimates at the same visit and didn't require a 2nd contact to get the estimate.

They were very very nice and sweet but I didn't hire them or anything. It turned out because I had changed the roof, I got a new roof. The roofers broke a couple of panels on the siding. So, when I called the roofer they said they would change it for free, so I didn't hire anybody because it was the roofer's mistake and he was supposed to fix it. They were really wonderful. I would use them again. They are the ones who told it me it was the roofer's mistake, and so that's why I called the roofer. The roofer asked if there were skid marks, and I said yeah there are skid marks, so he said tok hey would fix it, it is our mistake and we will fix it. They didn't say they didn't want to charge me, but they said we can fix it, but this is caused by the roofers, so that's why I called the roofer. They were not going to say no if I had told them to go ahead and fix it, but they just told me that it was caused by the roofer and they showed me the skid marks, and they said see when they were throwing the shingles off the top of the roof this is what happened.

Exterior Medics rep came out, gave me a clear understanding of the problem, the extent of the water damage and what work really needed to be done, including a good suggestion for how not to have a repeat - to use flashing that the home builder had not done. The price was on the high side but in the end the job went well (after waiting a month for start). As far as I can tell a quality job was done and I'm satisfied with the work. They have a good tracking system and the foreman is a nice guy that cares about what happens on the job.

Exterior medics did a great job and was really easy to work with. They communicated very well, showed up when they said they would, and performed very high quality work. They even replaced rotted boards underneath the roof shingles. We were very impressed and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

It went pretty well - their cost seemed reasonable; they seemed very professional and the workers showed up on time. I did have a problem when a repairman pulling off my old gutter and damaging wood connected to it. They claimed it was rotted wood, but the board behind it was cracked from pulling off the gutter. We negotiated a fix to resolve the problem amicably.

Exterior Medics (the company) was diligent in setting up an appointment for an initial assessment. The company representative arrived on time, performed a physical assessment, took digital photos and provided a written electronic quote in a prompt manner. I signed the contract and other documentation and provided my credit card payment information to the company. I realized the contract called for a ½ deposit, but I was annoyed to learn the company had charged my credit card for the deposit even before a work date had been scheduled. I called the company twice before a work date was communicated to me. The work date had to be postponed by a day due to inclement weather. The crew arrived early on the re-scheduled work date, worked, and left within a few hours. I did not watch the crew perform the work and was not aware of their exact departure time. It was apparent the crew had replaced the damaged aluminum siding at the front of the house and replaced the broken gable on the back side of the garage. I was very pleased to see how well the color of the replacement aluminum matched the original aluminum. However, I was not certain the gutters had been cleaned without climbing on a ladder to do an inspection. Rather than do this, I asked the company to provide a photo of the cleaned gutters and I received the photos in an expeditious manner.

Perfect! I've used Exterior Medics before and they're customer oriented, prompt, keep you informed. Top notch company.

They came but they were unable to do the work I wanted them to do. They were very professional. They were very responsive. The door had 2 stain glass panels in the door and they said they would have to replace them, I do not want to do that.

Professional and punctual. Really enjoyed the experience.

I contracted with another company because the price was better.

Individual was on time, prepared, and immediately went to work. No problems of any sort with this contractor.

Fantastic- I can't say enough about this company. They were so responsive- Scott is great. They did the estimate and work within 2 weeks and they were so friendly and so responsive. And the price was very fair. I will most certainly use this company again!!

The work went well. They estimated 3-full-days of work and instead it took 5-full-days during what was literally the hottest week of a very hot summer, and they were working full-on hard each day. Not only did they replace broken tiles, they had to replace some of the sub roof, re-do all of the copper flashing, reset the rakes, rehang dangling gutters, replace rotten crown molding, reset bird guards, and replace an entire flat roof. It was a lot of work. The foreman, Louis, was knowledgeable and thorough. My landscaping survived in tact. The only think they didn't do was run a magnet over the ground afterwards to pick up stray nails, etc. That said, given the horrendous weather and the fact that it was going on 7 PM, I wasn't too concerned with that point after seeing how hard they'd worked. The price did go up, but they found one side roof was totally rotted out -- not surprising -- and they had to take all the tiles off, repair, and replace them (costing an extra $2,356 above the original estimate). They were also able to share some issues with how an addition was improperly attached, which I also suspected. After photos helped us see all the work they'd done. Really appreciated.

I had several pieces of aluminum siding that had came lose and had gaps between the pieces. I picked Exterior medics because of the positive feedback on Angie's List. They may be a good company, so don't base your decision solely off my experience. For me, it didn't go very well. Joseph came to my house and did an inspection from the ground due to rain. He said I needed to get the top side of my townhouse replaced. He said that they don't make aluminum siding anymore and that it would need to be replaced with vinyl. I received a quote of $1539 and agreed to have the work completed, signed the contract and paid a deposit. A week later, I received a voicemail message that said that his production team at their meeting advised that you can't combine aluminum and vinyl. I tried calling him and was told to call him back the next morning when his manager would be present. When I called, the manager apologized and said that Joseph was new and that he and Joseph would come back to my house and get everything right. He also said that three repair options would be written before they arrived. The next week, I was greeted by the same Joseph who apologized that his manager wouldn't be here because they're very busy and he was on another job. This time I was told that they could do the top, but would have to put a piece in place to connect the aluminum to nylon but might need the HOA approval. The price was increased to $2200. I wasn't happy with my experience. I feel that Joseph is just a salesman and all repair decisions are made at the weekly production meeting. I missed two days of work and had the company change the price and original contract so I decided to use another company who did the repairs for $150 instead of replacement. I would like to point out, that no one was ever rude to me and the office treated me good and they sent my deposit back via check when I asked. Like I said, use your own judgement, it may not have worked out for me, but for many others, it did.

He estimator came to the house inspected the work. He was very professional and explained in detail the work required and provided an estimate. The price was not low.

Punctual when arriving to give estimate and to do work. Provided photos of work needing to be done when providing estimate. After work was done, emailed before and after photos.

Representative that came to do the estimate recommended the entire siding of the house be replaced for thousands of dollars. The wind blew 2-3 panels off at the top measuring about 2-4 ft in length each. A handyman put it back for free. This company is a scam.
