Description of Work: They seemed to be very professional. They inspected my roof and were honest in telling me that it was in good condition and didn’t need a repair. I asked them for an estimate on a siding issue I had and they responded quickly with a fair estimate. I’d recommend them and would be willing to use them again.

Description of Work: Call was for a leaking chimney/roof. Was not sure of cause. Individual that responded was a sales rep, not a technician. Rep could not be sure of repair needs, but showed me photos of poor caulking between chimney and roof. Said that might cause the leak, but wasn't sure. I suggested since it was a minor repair, could he do it and we could try it. Said no, he would have to dispatch his "team", minimum charge of $500.00 to caulk about 3-4 ft where roof connects to chimney. Suggested I call a chimney company. I'm kind of surprised to find this company listed as a chimney company, since he suggested they were roofers and did not do chimney repairs. They did not charge for the visit, but I would have liked to know in advance that I would have a sales rep not a technician, and he could not perform any repairs, regardless of how simple.

Description of Work: Exterior Medics installed new gutters on my new home. The did a great job and worked quickly. There was one small issue and they returned to fix it promptly. I recommend Exterior Medics for gutter installation highly. There estimate was right in the middle and the work was done with no surprises.
