I was very happy with the results. They came when they said they would and sprayed our yard. It was effective. They called ahead of time when they had to cancel one time because of rain. I recommend them.

ProTec service technician showed up exactly as coordinated, along with a cute little dog (Maggie) that is used for sniffing out hidden pests. The technician was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a complete visual inspection of the areas of possible infestation, and then let his amazingly well trained dog do an additional check for any hidden bug presence. Even though no service treatments were needed, he took the time to described their company's polices and treatment options, never being pushy about any of their services. ProTec made me a believer in quality customer service. With Angie's List, I can worry far less about the people and the type of service being provided when we need to have something done. Thank you ProTec, and thank you Angie's List. I will use you both again in the future and tell everyone about this wonderful experience.

A resident in another building in my condo had a problem with mice getting into his unit. I did not want to have that problem so I called Pro Tech as a precautionary measure. Charlie arrived on time and was very nice and professional. He closed up some holes under my sinks where mice might have access to get into my unit. He also placed a couple of traps. He answered my questions. He had many years of experience. I was pleased with the service.

The gentleman arrived on time and inspected my house. Recommended some tips and installed some traps. I followed up with Orkin and they came and hit my other places Pro Tech missed. Orkin was more knowledgeable and surprisingly affordable. Pro Tech was ok but I've had better service.

Everything worked out like the guy said. Fleas are gone. Everybody's happy.

I have been using Protech for over three years and they have been first rate. Their prices are more reasonable than other companies. They are also punctual and send you a post card and call you the day before to remind of the service call. Mr. James Grigbsy has been our service technician since the start and he is also very polite and professional and is always willing to answer any questions I have. Since using their services, we have not had any ants inside our house nor visible near the foundation and flower beds. Also, the mouse traps and glue boards around our house have been very effective. Because of their top notch service I have recommended them to my daughter and son in law. They received their first service call this week, and their technician was also very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. if you are looking for a pest control company, I highly recommend you give Protech a call!

The Protech rep has been to our home a few times as we purchased a package deal for numerous treatments. Overall he has always been professional and timely; he has been careful to avoid spraying the chemicals on our kids' toys and has even picked them up and moved them on occasions where we've forgotten to do so. My only complaint is that I wish they would schedule the services closer together; the spray does wear off with time and we've had to chase them down a couple times to get back out here after the mosquitos come back. But overall they've been very courteous and accomodating.

Very professional work. He wanted to know if we had any questions. He said that we could call at any time. Very friendly and just wanted to make sure that we were satisfied. I will continue using them.

Excellent. Great service, did not skimp, even left a note saying he had applied some anti-ant compound after noting an infestation.

He was on time and called first. He suited up in his bee suite and found that the Yellow Jackets were gone. Either my 2 cans of wasp killer foam killed them or they made it too unpleasant to stay, but they were gone. No charge. However, James' professionalism and technical knowledge were great. I would use them again (but hope I don't have to!).

Very professional. Showed up on time. Conducted a thorough inspection of our house. Answered all my question, which were many. I will try to update this after I have had more experience with them.

I purchased this deal because I had just moved into the home and my previous exterminator doesn't come to my new area. It took them about three weeks to schedule the appointment and they had cancelled it twice. I live further out of their area and they kept making my appointment for the end of the day. One technician did come out and treated the exterior of the yard. I told him about the area in my backyard that needed to be specifically treated. They explained that treatment will take more than one application. With my old exterminator, the problem was taken care of immediately. I do still see bugs around after the first treatment has been completed. They will be coming out for the next treatment soon.

The technician arrived on time, completed all the work, informed me of the areas and treatments (so they wouldn't get disturbed), listened to my questions/concerns and answered all of them. Very happy overall with service.

Protech was great as always. They also provide our termite control. A dependable company.
