Highly recommended. We chose an annual plan with 5 total visits including the initial consultation. Very professional and effective pest control management. The office also is courteous and very responsive to questions or concerns. They also mail a courtesy reminder in advance of the next scheduled visit. Out of the various pest control companies I have hired, ProTech is the best overall!

I use ProTech Termite & Pest Control. They were here two days ago. Every quarter they come out. It was an Angie's deal for $340 or $360 a year. I think they're great.

I had been having an ongoing problem with ants that I tried to take care of myself, but they kept coming back, so I called ProTech and they scheduled someone to come out the next morning. The technician was on time and very professional. He took the time to discuss my ant problem. He treated for the ants, as well as treated outside the house for general pests. Great service!

This is a review of Protech after using them for a year. We purchased our new home and had clear signs of infestation of mice in the basement. The Protech specialist came to our home and gave us an initial consultation where he identified the source of the infestation and began to bait and treat our home to prevent the critters from returning. After several months we saw less and less signs of infestation and now, a year later, we have seen no infestation at all. The Protech folks send a postcard prior to every visit explaining their next treatment date and to call if we require additional services inside our home. We were lucky to not need these services inside. We did still have spiders throughout the year, but upon notifying Protech they would make an extra set of treatments to protect our home from the pests. I am happy with their services and will continue to use them next year.

It always goes well! You never really have to be home when they're here, unless you need them to come inside. They always do around the garage they always do around the doors and windows. I would recommend them highly. Their customer service is also great.

Since they started spraying in July 2014 through today we have seen two ticks. So that seems pretty succesful to me. We also started using them inside our house for general pest control.

Very professional office team and Charlie, the technician, is great. We signed for an annual contract with the company after trying out their "big deal" listed on Angie's List. Definitely recommend.

So I had a big carpenter ant problem (100s of them running around the kitchen at night). So I call this company to come out and give me an estimate (and hopefully treatment). So the guy comes out and I tell him about my carpenter ants. He says -- take me around the house, which I do. Looks for about 20 seconds (never goes inside either) and says -- well, I can spray today but really you need an annual contract. I said -- well -- maybe -- what's the cost. I think he said $492 and it's all upfront. Then he tells me that it won't cover carpenter ants but the stuff he puts down probably would kill them. I said -- why would I purchase an annual agreement for a service where you wouldn't cover what I needed to be taken care of. He then said that service is more expensive and continued to push the other service. I finally just let the guy leave. Honestly -- huge waste of time. If you get the guy I had, he's not thorough at all and will push an annual service contract (to be paid up front) -- that very well may not even treat what you're asking them to treat.

Marvin was a great guy! He was courteous and friendly. He put the shoe covers on before walking into the house. He answered all my questions and appeared at ease with what he was doing. The $189 Rodent Package deal does not come with a follow up check-up, which is $75/per visit. Thank you ProTech for your service and Angie's List for recommendation! I hope the mice are gone for good.

It was sort of indifferent to that service. I didn’t feel that they made substantial difference. They came out regularly but I just feel that it didn’t make an impact. It was a regular scheduled thing and it’s hard to call about it. There was no major infestation. So it wasn’t anything like that. But we can continue to notice the same thing. I didn’t pay more than the big deal.

I have used Protech for several years now. Their communication (post cards, invoices, phone calls) are excellent and very timely. They always take care to make sure my gate is closed, which was not my experience with another provider. I will continue to work with them to protect my family from ticks.

They're great. They've been coming on time. So far, no ticks. So, good. I just paid the big deal price and then they do it five times. It ends up being $50 a time. The staff is fine. You can't tell that they were here.

We had been on vacation for 2 weeks and when we returned home we had a massive house fly infestation in the basement. We tried to deal with it ourselves for 2 days but quickly gave up. I called one company but they were not able to come out for a week! I checked Angies List and saw the good reviews for ProTech and gave them a call. James arrived at the house 2 hours after my panicked call. He searched outside to see if he could find the source of the flies. Unable to find a source, we went ahead and had him spray the infested areas. The flies immediately started dying. Hopefully, this will resolve our problem. James was very professional. We would not hesitate to use ProTech again.

I have them on a contract so they are here like once a month. There's this guy. I think his name is George, my exterminator, he's just the nicest and most professional and just very pleasant and knowledgeable. I've been happy with their service. I've probably been using them for about 18 months. They call before they come and they've got little traps laid out all around my property. They have some kind of bait buried in the ground for the bugs.

I think it went fine. They came out pretty quick. The guy that came out was really pleasant. I would recommend them to a neighbor a family member.

It all worked all very well. They did a very good service. I am selling the house so I have canceled the contract with them. I was really happy with his service. They are very cooperative. He always showed on the time he said.

I made a deal with the company to come out once a month for the first 3 months ($35/month), then once every other month thereafter. It's still winter so I can't tell if bugs are a problem yet...but there is no way this guy does a complete job on the inside of the house. He is super friendly and responsive, but I have security that lets me know when someone enters and leaves a room...the guy goes in my 4000 sq ft. home for 3-4 minutes and leaves (this has happened 3 times now). I can't even sprint in and out of every room in that time let alone carefully apply insecticide to the appropriate places. For the price, I'm not sure what I expect. I'll continue to use them until summer...if I start seeing bugs in my home I'll just start doing it myself. Otherwise, I'll update this review with a more positive attitude. Again, the guy who does my house is very nice and is probably just under an extreme time crunch to get to all of the other houses...I just want my house to be done completely before he leaves, or at least tell me the areas he missed.

Services have been great so far -- tech comes when scheduled, performs services, has been responsive to questions and concerns, particularly around ants in both front and backyards. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and/or neighbors.
