Description of Work: I got a deal for Protech to come out and do the Indoor/Outdoor pest spray and Termite check. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional. They came out and it was raining. The inspector scheduled to come back when he knew it wasn't going to be raining and when the ground would be dry. My husband was there for the appointment and didn't know that I had purchased through Angie's list, so he gave them a check. They sent the check back in the mail and apologized for the confusion. I had been seeing a lot of spiders/silverfish in the house, which is why I wanted them to come out. Since their visit, I have not seen any bugs - so I am pleased!

Description of Work: I was worried that mice/squirrels had gained access to my house but the ProTech serviceman pointed out evidence that it was not likely. He gave me some tips to isolate and identify the cause of the noises that I thought were critters. It turned out to be birds attempting to nest near a gutter drain. I sealed the access point and haven't had a problem since. No charge. I'd call them again. I trust them to give me solutions that work, and not just solutions that make them money.

Description of Work: Using two dogs trained for the purpose he thoroughly checked the bedrooms and living areas for bedbugs. Thankfully they found none!

Description of Work: I was totally impressed with the customer service of Protech. We had them come to spray for misquotes. We had trouble getting rid of them. Even after the spray, they were back within about 3 days. I spoke with the technician who explained the various choices and suggested we have granules laid down and two types of spray used. The technician explained exactly what they needed to try next to solve the problem and customer service got me set up with another spray and the extra's quickly. It worked this time. I was impressed with their professionalism. They insisted they would do their very best to solve the problem and if they couldn't they would cancel our contract for us.

Description of Work: Sprayed for ants around foundation of home and in driveway where the ants had taken up residence. The gentleman from Protech outlined what he would do, the price and immediately got to work, take the time to answer my questions about the service and any lingering effects of the spray being used. Got right to work and was done in a short amount of time. Happy with service and would use again. Was particularly good about listing what and what not to do in regard to pets.

Description of Work: Sprayed yard for ticks,fleas and Mosquitos. I got service for 5 times. They have been doing excellent job.

Description of Work: Mosquito treatment package. They give a reminder call before the service and leave paperwork to show they were there. Once called me to reschedule when it looked like a me rain would wash out the treatment.
