For a 2-4PM appointment, he called at 3:45PM to say he would be 45min late. He finally showed up at 6:30PM. Needless to say, we will not use this company for our pest control needs.

Great service come out do the job, they ask us to close our windows which is nice. Very friendly staff.

They seemed to be professional and good but I don’t know if it made any difference to what we were buying. Mosquito spraying just may not work. I don’t think it is a bad job or a good job and I can't really tell. They were professional, and they called and showed up. They did what they said they would do.

The price was competitive though they were very responsive.

Scheduling after purchasing the Big Deal was very easy. The Protech people are accessible over the phone and responsive. The technician seems knowledgeable and he is professional and punctual. We have had no problems with customer service. The pest control seems to work as we have no visible signs of pest (our house has had pest issues in the past).

From request to delivery it went well... no complaints at all.

Fine. B for quality only because I felt like the "Mosquito Squad" chemicals were slightly more effective. But could not beat the price, and it was a tough year.

They were great. I intend to use them again, and upgrade the service to include exterminating spiders in and around the house. Last year I just had them spray the yard for ticks and fleas.

Protech was very professional and courteous, but the treatments did not work as well as the provider we used the previous summer. Within a week of spraying, mosquitos were biting again - albeit much less than if we had no treatment. As part of their guaranty, Protech did offer to spray in between visits if the problem persisted, but that didn't seem to make much of a difference. In fairness, the provider we used previously specialized in mosquito spraying - whereas Protech has many different services they offer for pest control.

It worked fine and have not had a bug or spider problem since their treatment.

They use the termite traps not spraying. Still not sold on traps vs spraying ...time will tell

Scheduling was easy, they would schedule a specific day. If they needed to come inside for a treatment they would reschedule with us if we were not home. We never had any issues when working with them. We stopped working with them so we could try and maintain the service ourselves.

They came out one time. I let them in and then signed some paper work. I assume they did what they were supposed to do. There were no issues before or after it. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I didn't shop around. It took them a while to get back to me and set up the appointment.

great -- got rid of ants, didn't have to spray or put anything inside. appears ants were inside walls.. put stuff on outside and u could literally see the ants come out of the outside walls of the house and eat this stuff... no more ants -- have not seen one yet and now its winter.. perfect!

It didn't work and I won't be getting that service again - I feel it was a waste of money.

We have been happy with Pro Tech Pest in helping us manage pests using a variety of non-pesticide methods. I would rate them an "A" in every category. We have monthly service which started in April of 2013. Sentricon system is $1000 with $150 bi-monthly charge for monitoring the system and general pest control needs. We would happily recommend ProTech to anyone.

The company had some scheduling snafuus with the computerized scheduling system, which I had to call and override a couple of times. It would have resulted in having 2 service visits within a couple weeks of each other. The 30 day period was pushing it. I originally said I wouldn't use them again, but I believe now that I will, but I will simply ask them to come every 21 days. I live in the woods and these critters multiply quickly. The technician who primarily serviced my house, Joe, always called me to let me know he was trying to fit me in the schedule, and wanted to work with my schedule. That was a GREAT service to me, and I really appreciate that kind of hands on attention. At least once I asked him to wait a week so he would spray right before I would be returning from a week's vacation. In addition, he passed the dog's approval, which is not easy, so I felt comfortable telling him to come when I wasn't home. I will definitely step up the service, including snake and mouse control.
