Brian Delaney President June 8, 2012 I received a call from this member on Monday, June 4, 2012 around 11:00am. She said that she had seen cockroaches in her residence and requested that someone come out as soon as possible, preferably that day. Unfortunately, our Inspector’s schedule could not accommodate her request and the earliest available appointment was on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 with a window of 3:00pm-5:00pm. With her permission I scheduled her free Home Inspection for the available appointment on the 6th. On Tuesday, June 5, 2012, she called to see where her Inspector was and what time he would be there. I placed her on hold to resolve the issue and contacted the Inspector. After further review, we noted that her appointment was not for Tuesday, June 5 and instead was set for Wednesday, June 6 with no changes made to the appointment. With my deepest apologies for what seems to be a miscommunication of days or dates, I explained to her when her appointment was and if this date and time no longer worked for her, I would gladly reschedule her appointment for the next available date and time that would be more convenient for her, as she expressed concerns for her work schedule. I regretfully cancelled her appointment upon her request due to her frustrations with the scheduling conflict.
