+ 3 moreI had just been ripped-off by another company that had taken my money and not performed the work promised and these guys knew that coming in. They were very irritated over the fact that I was not going to pay them until certain phases of the job were complete. It was an issue daily with them. They totally lacked professionalism and it was obvious that they did not have the capital that was needed to run the business properly. I felt that they were not going to give 100% to the job without being paid first. They were also not consistent in the times that they came but they did always show up.
Description of Work: They finished our shingle roof and installed sky lights that had been started by another company. The gutters and down spouts were also installed. ELA totally rebuilt the stairs on the porch that had been completed but would not pass inspection. They also completed the electrical work that needed to pass inspection.
