An excellent overall experience. This was replacement siding due to hail damage. They were very helpful with the insurance company and did an excellent job of walking is through the process. The crew was excellent. They were prompt each day, completed the work within the timeframe provided, and the work was excellent. We were very pleased.

Dream Home Remodeling was professional, knowledgable and timely in replacing my old roof. I never knew how brand new my home could look by simply replacing the roof. I would recommend them to everyone!

This is not the first job I have Dream Home do for me. They have over the last ten years replaced my windows, front door and roof. They have always stood behind their work.. Several years after I had my windows replace I began to have some problems with front windows which were impact glass and very heavy. They ordered and replaced the windows at no cost to me. The roof was an insurance issue due to hail damage. Dream Home took care of all the paperwork and worked directly with the insurer which was fantastic. As far as the siding work goes Dream Home was not the cheapest but very close. The deciding factor was the past quality of their work as well standing behind their work even years later. All work has always been on time at the agreed price. Also they had very good financial for me. As far as the recent siding job the installation crew did an outstand job. One last point, the crews are no subcontractors but Dream Home employees.

Dreamshome came out and replaced the roof and gutters on my home and they did a great job. They did a great job cleaning up after the work was done and Chris Brown made sure everything went smooth.

I was in need of a new roof. Dream Home provide me with a new roof with an outstanding warranty. Their product was superior then the conventional roofing material. The salesman and roofing crew were very knowledgeable and professional with every aspect of the job I would recommend this company and their product to any one who needs a new leak proof roof. Dream Home Remodeling installed new siding on my house and I couldn't be happier. The staff and crew were all highly professional, responsive, willing to accommodate, and the installation was expertly done! The crew was punctual and professional - with expert installation. The crew cleaned up - leaving nothing for me to do. Everyone I spoke with was respectful and got back to me promptly when I had questions. I would highly recommend Dream Home Remodeling!

It started off very promising but Kevin B, and some of his team members, quickly made it devolve into a toxic relationship. We hired this company to deal with our insurance company to increase the first laughable quote they gave us to repair and replace our damaged siding. He did eventually accomplish this task, but acted as if he was doing us a favor. It's why we hired the company in the first place otherwise we would find another company that would. Kevin lied to us, and my insurance company, on numerous occasions which is why the relationship devolved. He lied about the whole job being completed so insurance could release the final payment. The first time was a MONTH before they did ANY work. The second time was after they did the interior job but hadn't even began the larger exterior job. The last time was after we threatened to hold back more of the final payment as compensation for damage their crew was doing to our property. DO NOT let them control your financing. Controlling the purse is the only way you will get them to work with higher accountability. They took a long time to contact my insurance company pushing this job back MONTHS. Promises were made about what needed to be done, but b/c my insurance company was apparently giving him a hard time, he tried to not do certain things. I held his feet to the fire to honor his word as a professional. I even contacted the owner to explain the terrible level of service we were receiving. The owner wasn't as receptive as he should've been about our concerns. This was a big part why I cancelled a window order with their company and went with a much more receptive one. Luckily, the workers did a nice job on the house. I refuse to ever work again with contractors that lie to the insurance company and me as the homeowner. Do your homework and get plenty of bids, but I will never work with them again.

Initially, Mike Eaton was great. When I had additional questions, he called right back and even came back out to my house the same day to answer more questions. The roof install went as he’d explained and the crew did a good job cleaning up. One of the things Mike told me was that since I would be the first on my block to contract with him, I would receive a discount if I allowed him to put a sign in my yard, which I agreed to do. He also told me the roof warranty would not be voided if I installed solar panels, when I asked him about it. Recently, I’ve started researching solar and contacted Mike to confirm the warranty would not be voided. One of the staff, not Mike, informed me that the shingles with the panel braces will not be covered. I also learned from my next door neighbor that Mike gave him the same pricing I received. The discount was even better, since my neighbor has a bit more roof space. I don’t remember a sign posted in his yard. I’m still happy with the price I received and the solar companies seem to warranty any problems as a result of their installation, so these things are relatively minor. In both these instances, the deception just seems unnecessary. Now I wonder what else might come up.

I received a return call the same day and had an appointment for the next day. They came out and did a lot of trouble shooting to help us locate a leak in the roof which turned out to be a siding issue. They were very professional and determined to find out where the leak was coming from. In the end they didn't end up fixing anything but identified the leak and we were able to fix it on our own. Did not charge us. Most companies would have charged for their time. Would definitely recommend them or use them in the future!

They took care of everything. I made two phone calls. One to my insurance company, and one to them. They were in touch and available whenever needed. They dealt with the insurance company after my initial contact with the insurance company. When issues came up (insurance not wanting to pay for things) they dealt with the insurance company and took care of it. Any time I had questions or concerns I had the owners phone number and he was happy to address them. City inspector approved of all the work done and it was done in a timely matter. I would recommend them to friends or family, and will keep them in mind for any future work I could need.

All of my interactions with the team were great. The owner, Mike, actually drove to my in Baltimore to do the presentation personally. I knew that the roof likely needed to be replaced, but I was not prepared financially. However, he was able to walk me through how the company could facilitate the financing structure I needed. Also, he provided me with comps of other companies which left me with a clear understanding of their value. I was blown away by the warranty & quality. Anthony Calabro was also a pleasure to work with. Where Mike left off, Anthony stepped in to bring the project to the finish line. He helped coordinate the scheduling, which also involved my solar panel company. He was very responsive and proactive throughout the entire process, including making sure that the financing lived up to Mike's promises. I was so pleased with everything that I referred my mother, and she is receiving the same excellent service and product that I am! Actually the insulation was fine the only issue that I had is when they came out to reinspect they had set a time for us to be out we expected to finalize everything we waited around for three hours and that person never showed up. Just because the last time when the guy said that he was suppose to be out here and he never showed up, no phone call no nothing to why so.

It went very well. In fact, when I discovered that the people I had to replace the siding had done it, shall we say, incorrectly, when I contacted the manufacturer of the siding asking who in the area does this now -- that is how I found out about DreamHome. When I called DreamHome they replaced the siding at cost. I still had to pay for the siding but they did not charge the full bore. They were conscientious and courteous. They did everything just exactly the way it should be. The price I paid was basically the price of the materials. If you stop and think about it, granted I paid for the stuff twice, but at the same time it is a great PR tool for them. I am not complaining about that, I'm telling you they took care of something that was really screwed up and that is why we used them for the doors. They came out and confirmed my suspicions that somebody told me that things looked a little funky. They took care of everything immediately.

I think they did a good job on the siding. They did a very nice job. They were very professional. They did our attic too, which they did a good job with that too. The siding itself was expensive because we got it with the extra insulation and that kind of thing. They did do a good job. I probably wouldn't use the company again at all because I was so upset about the windows. My husband and I talked about it and we just decided we're not using them for anything again. It was a big turn off. We're scared to use them again because of the windows. They called and asked if we needed work done and we've actually had work done but we didn't use them.

That was a very long time ago and it worked out fine. Actually they did windows for me several years ago and then the windows had a problem. They replaced a number of them until the company that made the replacement went out of business at which time I had some badly damaged windows. They were able to fix them, but I had to pay. I spent thousands when I had all the house windows replaced. They were supposed to be a lifetime warranty, but it did not wok out that way because the company basically changed its name and went out of business. But the windows that I had them subsequently replaced cost maybe $100 or $150. DreamHomes provided the labor, but they could not cover the cost of the actual windows. I think they did about as good as I could have hoped. They left the area perfect before they left. Other than getting the company to honor its lifetime warranty there is nothing they could do better.

I remember it was a lot of money because they put in triple pane windows. It was over 10000, I know that. A few years later we had a couple of questions or issues with some stuff and they weren't real responsive.

I don't think the guy explained things as much as I thought he should. It was basically like, this is the price to replace the roof and if it's too much for this, we could do like part of the front of the roof. My roof is old but I kept telling him to check where I know there's a leak at and he actually didn't come, he never went inside the house to even see where the water was coming in at and while he was on the roof, I actually said this is the area you want to look at. He kept saying it's the entire roof but if I was to only get part of it done, this is where the roof is leaking. It was like he wasn't interested that the roof actually leaks. I kept telling him to go to this one section of the roof while they were on the roof and he kept ignoring me. To be actually honest, I didn't actually look this time on Angie's List. I actually just googled. This wasn't a free estimate, I think I paid like $100 but it wasn't more than a hundred. They actually said they did like stapling any loose shingles and like caulking around the chimney or something but they were like up there and done. That was a fast amount of money spent pretty quick. I think it was like the manager guy and his two employees so I said I understand you have 3 people now and your not going to spend long up here but my son could have gotten up there and done what they did.

I spoke with Michelle. She was very professional. There was no up selling. It was topnotch, no complaints. They didn't try to give me something that I didn't need. They were very straight forth about what they did and didn't do. I would use them again for a service that they provide.
