Mike was easy to schedule with and prompt with follow up. Work was done in 2 days, 1 for the roof and gutters, the second to add the gutter guards. Crew appeared to have been tidy as I did not find much debris after they left. Aside from the new roof, would not have know they had been at the house.

Great! They really helped with the insurance company who didn't want to cover everything. They were helpful in offering options to do some extra needed work but since I was tight on funds they found ways to decrease the costs. The work looks great. My only complaint was that it was clear they started a bigger job towards the end of my job. They were less available and they left a large tool that n my garage for than a week.

Salesman was rude to me but pleasant to my husband. He didn't like my questions and avoided answering them as well add talking over me. He also bad mouthed all other roofers. Very unprofessional. He might have had his cool camera and computer, which he had to come back and get, but he did not get my vote. We went with a more profesional company.

My wife and I leveraged John and his crew to build a screened in porch and patio. They could not have been more responsive, flexible, and affordable during the planning process and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. There price was about 15-20% less than the nearest competitor. Both of our neighbors to the left and right also used them for different projects - a front facing screened in patio and a redone deck and patio. It was clear through the process that they wanted us to be happy with the service as well as the finished product. The only negative was that the timeline took slightly longer than planned, but we were able to schedule the project over the winter so that it was completed for the spring. The deck and porch are built of all zero-maintenance products (spiced rum Trex and PVC cladding), which means we will never need to do any waterproofing or painting. The actual structure went above and beyond the specs required by county permitting (the supports are larger and there are more of them). We had two entrances to the porch with short staircases. The staircases have built in lighting. One of the storm doors has a built-in doggy door for our pups which is really convenient. It was a specialty item, so it took a while to get in. They replaced our old sliding door with a beautiful set of double opening French doors that really make the porch feel like an extension of the kitchen. The patio was done quickly and has built in drainage and lighting. We also elected for three LED flood lights on the sides of the porch which light up the whole yard nicely. The sitting wall makes the patio a much more social space and ads real aesthetic value.

First failure, responsive and repaired quickly. Second failure, we had to call three times to get service. On-site technician was courteous and professional.

Everything went well and it's been several years, at least four and they still work great.

After a heavy rain, gutter issues were fixed quickly and thoroughly.

Our project experience with Dream Home Remodeling was positive. The process started with an estimate by Mike, who was on time for the scheduled appointment. Mike was attentive to what we were looking to accomplish, showing us our options for a new roof, with different quality products and reaching the price points best meeting our overall needs. The roof on our home was over twenty years old and failing. The roof had developed several leaks in the attic from heat not ventilating correctly, also evidenced by the heat build-up in the top floor of the home making some days in the summer warmer. We wanted to make sure we used quality products to worry about leaks or replacing the roof any time soon, so Mike suggested the Owens Corning Roofing system with their platinum warranty, providing fifty years of coverage against product defects and workmanship. The roof was originally all we were looking purchase, but after Mike heard about our heat buildup upstairs, he suggested we look at some window options. If we were going to upgrade, we wanted a replacement option much more efficient to repel the heat and cold, while reducing the noise from the exterior in our urban neighborhood. Mike demonstrated to us the benefits of the triple pane windows from Vinylmax which included a limited lifetime warranty and chose them for installation. The value was apparent and Mike was pleasant to work with, so we scheduled an installation date. Our home is part of an HOA, and the company supplied building material information in digital format to incorporate into our application to the homeowner’s association, making the approval part of the process easier. Installation Day The window and roof installation were originally scheduled on two adjoining days with the roofing supplies being delivered onto the roof the day before. However, since it rained on the day the roof was supposed to be installed, the roofers rescheduled installation for the next day, overlapping with the window installers. This led to, at my count, at least twelve people on site. Nine of the guys were from the roofing crew, despite the density, operated in a safe manner, using harnesses and communicated with each other. The roofing crew was professional, courteous, and mindful of the lawn and flowers below their workspace. They used 4x8 sheets of plywood and tarps to cover everything as they tore off the old shingles. The roofing crew sent the old shingles down in stacks as to not make a large mess with little pieces of debris, keeping everything clean and safe. The roofers replaced three sheets of plywood, which were rotted out, and installed the Owens Corning materials. They also made sure the gutters were attached properly and removed the DISH satellite that has never been used. They replaced the roof much faster than anticipated and left within three hours of showing up. Impressive. The window crew was decent and installed the windows well. While there were a few issues that arose from the installation, such as scraped window sills and couple of other issues that involved one of the crew member walking a large window up the stairs by himself and nearly dropping it, causing some drywall and carpet damage. The crew member was ok and of course things do happen, and Mike was responsive and offered to cover the cost of the repairs. Everything was handled with care. Post Installation The new roof and ventilation system combined with the new triple pane windows made a significant difference in the comfort of our entire home. All three levels are almost the same temperature. The windows created such a great seal, our front door opens with ease, denoting a neutral air pressure within the home which was not the case before. After a year of use and a few solid storms, with one taking down two small trees near our home, I am glad to say all of our shingles are still attached and we experienced no leaks. The roof also looks great with the architectural shingle. Overall, Dream Home Remodeling was easy to work with and did an excellent job, installing great products at a reasonable cost. Despite the minor snags, I have enough confidence in this contractor to recommend them to friends and family when their need for a new roof or windows arises.

It went great. Mike gave me the best price on high quality windows. I got triple pane for the same price others charged for double pane. There were no games, specials, or pressure to buy now. The measuring was professional and the installation process was seamless, The area around the windows was cleaner when they finished than when they started. Other than the warm house and beautiful windows, there was no evidence that work was ever done. The whole job took only a day and a half. I recommended Dream Home to my friends and would work with them again any time.

Superbly done. Ordering process and measurements. Single day with crew of four to install twenty one windows. Windows fit perfectly and functioned perfectly. Triple glass with argon fill, low-e windows with security and ease-of-cleaning features. With windows always beware that a lifetime warranty is only as good as the manufacturer; the need to exercise that warranty is result of quality of the installer. Dream Home is a quality installer. No problems mechanically with these windows in nine years; they are used frequently throughout the year. They are NOT simply kept shut.

Workers arrived on time, got straight to work, and completed the job. This was over 15 years ago, so I am sorry that I don't have a lot of information. I did comment to the salesman that some of the conversation and language of workers was not appropriate.

Of the 22 or some windows, I think we have about 10 that are defective. I have called them. They have came and looked at them. They said the company that we used went out of business, but the windows were supposed to be a life time warranty. They wouldn't even come out. They just had me do the measurements, because I guess they had my window measurements, because they hadn't had me tell them which windows, because they still had the measurements. I gave him specifically the windows. I can't remember if there were 11 windows or 10. I can't remember exactly. They were very defective windows. Anyhow, he called to tell me in order to have them replaced it would be $800 and there would not be any guarantee and they would not be the triple pane windows in which we had first ordered. DreamHome Remodeling installed Gorell windows. They are supposed to be life time. I am most disappointed. I can't tell you how disappointed we are. Addition to that, it took us two or three calls to get someone to call us back, yet they would call us and see if we wanted to put in insulation. Every time they called, I would say "No, we are not happy with the work you did with the windows." We are so discouraged. They say guarantee, but they want to charge me $800 and they won't even guarantee them this time or put in the triple pane. At least 2 people came out to do the initial job and it took probably a day.

They did a good job. I would recommend them for the professionalism. The instillation has held up really well. I would use them again.

Jon was extremely responsive during the estimate and offered several ideas. Rene and the team were amazing! They were extremely punctual and very responsive to my reviews/comments. I explained that I wanted the covered porch to match the architectural style of the back porch....Rene matched it perfectly. The quality of the work is superb and the team cleaned up every day and a final cleanup when the job was completed.

Jon showed up on time - gave us an estimate and then worked to fit the cost into our budget. The team was very professional and replaced the decking, the rails, the stairs (the deck is about 12 ft – one story – off the ground) with two landings and two long stair runs. They accommodated my request to have the stairs hug the side of the deck on the way down – instead of running the stairs straight out into the yard. They also added lights on the deck and the stairs. The decking, steps on the stairs and top of the railings are made of Trex Transcend. So, the only thing I have to maintain and paint are the posts supporting the railings and the risers and supports for the steps. The Trex has a 25 yr warranty. The company gives a 5 yr. warranty on the labor. Jon called and visited several times during the job to ensure I was happy. The construction team is very professional. The cleanup was good. They demolished and hauled off the old parts of the deck that they didn’t use. It took about 8 work days.

The back patio was completed in two days and was exactly what we contracted with Jon Parsons and company to perform. Done to our satisfaction.

We met Mike Eaton from Dream Home Remodeling at a Home Show in Maryland. Prior meeting with Mike, we have searching google, reading different websites to educate ourselves about different types of siding, pros and cons, and material cost, and installation. Mike Eaton is very helpful in explaining different choices in siding, including the insulation; adding more insulation to our attic as part of the project. Although Dream Home Remodeling main business is siding, Mike is open to team work with our masons for the final project. This is a great help. We have three estimates and Dream Home Remodeling is the most attractive bid with good package of guarantee for materials and the work. The installers were very good, courteous, professional. We highly recommend Mike Eaton of Dream Home Remodeling.

I asked for an estimate on my roof so that I could have a new roof before I closed on the sale of the house. An estimator came out to my house on January 24. I still haven't received the estimate on January 31. I had to go with the buyer's roofer because I ran out of time. I called them twice to get the estimate and not even a phone call back. Really crappy customer service.

DH Remodeling performed an excellent job building a stone patio with fire pit adjacent to our porch. Construction and materials were high quality. The project manager, Jon worked closely with us to design the layout and select appropriate materials for the project. He provided regular communication with us and the construction during each phase of the effort. The project manager, Jon managed the project seamlessly by working closely with the team and providing us with regular communication and explaining every step of the way. It's still in the install process, but I wanted to review them now. They sold gutters made by another manufacturer. The manufacture, sent their installers out and I wasn't happy with the work. DreamHome has been very diligent in contacting the manufacturer to make sure that I am happy with the work. I think that's very professional that they are holding manufacturer to DreamHome's standards. I'm giving them a "B" for Quality, only because it's a reflection of the manufacturer and not Dream Home.

This company was recommended from a neighborhood web site. I called for an estimate. Jon came on time & ready to work with us. Jon took our visions & helped to make it a reality within our budget. His crew of workers were gentalmen. They came in the mornings & worked hard not taking breaks or sitting around. They were knowledgeable & answered all of my question when they could. Their work is very good. Best of all they clean up after they are finished. Then Jon does a walk around with you to make sure you are happy. We are very happy with everything If we had a problem they would fix it. We would use this company with this crew again.

We loved working with Dreamhome! They were professional, courteous and reasonably priced. We did a fairly large waterproof deck and were specific about certain details. They were very accommodating. We loved the crew that did the actual building. They were friendly and neat ... which was important to us with 3 kids and one dog in the yard. We look forward to using them for additional projects work in the future! Highly recommended!

My home suffered severe damage during a major storm in 2016. Thankfully I located the most professional and reputable company to survey, assess and restore my home to a level exceeding its former state.
