Description of Work: Very comprehensive and thorough. A bit costly and push other services more than I would like but very high quality work. Did complete replacement of attic insulation and pest proofed. More than satisfied.

Description of Work: Removed old siding and gutters. Wrapped house with tyvek before installing new insulated siding. Replaced gutters with larger ones and larger downspouts. Installed gutter covers. Put siding inside and outside of two carport walls. Installed facia and soffits, including inside carport. Really brightened that up! Did two walk-a rounds and did some minor repairs. After-job cleanup was mostly good.

Description of Work: Dream Home replaced my roof and painted my ceilings after they were damaged as the result of a hail storm. Kevin Butler worked with me and coordinated everything with my insurance company to make the process smooth and painless for me. The crews did an excellent job. There were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Dream Home.

Description of Work: I had my attic redone with new insulation and the Dream Homes crew did an absolutely fantastic job. They did an excellent job in putting down plastic tarps and left everything spotless when they left. I will use Dream Homes again.

Description of Work: Replaced the existing cardboard attic insulation baffles with newer materials and added additional blown-in insulation to build up and uniformly increase the attic's insulation R-value. Everything went very well, the crew was polite and worked professionally. Total time on site: 3 hrs. The effect of new insulation was immediately noticeable. Very Satisfied.

Description of Work: They replaced all of the windows in my house. 28 windows in all, sliding, picture, doors, windows all sizes. They did it all in one day. Took out the old ones and replaced with the new. Looked like a war zone for while, but by day's end they had cleaned up everything, and there was no sign that they ever had been there excep for a full set new windows and sliding glass doors. Dream Homes did a fine job, and I'm glad I ended up using their services. I recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: The salesman was great and the roof has made a huge difference to the temperature in the house. Setting up the financing was pain playing phone tag and signing docs online. Expensive but worth it.

Description of Work: This company came to my door and scheduled a free insulation inspection. They were quite insistent but did convince me to set up the free consultation. When the evaluator arrived, he was friendly and professional. I have not complaints in that regard. He has a very convincing presentation in regards to thier insulation product. The sales tactic were very heavy and pressured, however. The discussion went on until you could not say No. It reminded me of timeshare presentations. Luckily for me, the financing did not go through. While, I'm sure the product is high quality, you could definitely recieve the same service for a much lower price. (I don't recall the price offhand, but it was in multiple thousands to insulate the attic of a not so large townhouse attic. Another thing that I found strange/sketchy, is that I received a phone call from a woman who was thinking of using DreamHome for insulation because they provided her my name as a reference. What?? I think the company didn't expect her to actually check the references. Definitely fishy if you can't provide legitimate references from people happy with the service.

Description of Work: Window replacement, Vinyl windows |Found them based on other highly positive experiences in the area. Sales pitch was needlessly drawn out. Price was reasonable. Did what they promised, job looks great, and 3 years on is still great. Did the installation in a day, neatly, on time, and no mess left behind. Other contractors working on the house later commented on the high quality of the installation work. I have had no after installation problems or issues.

Description of Work: We had windows and our front door replaced by Dream Homes. Our initial contact with John was great. Dream Homes was very responsive to any questions or concerns prior to the installation. The window installation was very efficient and the crew did a great job cleaning up. The door installation was satisfactory. We split our window installation in to two jobs and John left the company between the initial window installation/door installation and the current window installation. I have not been a impressed this time around. Overall it has been a good experience and we would have them do other work.

Description of Work: I called them for an estimate on gutter covers. He came to my home promptly and was very pleasant. The young man was very knowledgeable and the product appears to be OK, although I won't know until I have it done. Unfortunately, the price was higher than I anticipated, so I thought I'd have it done at a later date. The man was supposed to send me, via e-mail, a written estimate, so I could hold onto it and have it done eventually. I never got the estimate, nor heard from him again. At this point, I will probably have to get another estimate in the Spring, and go on from there. I will call this company and find out what happened to my written estimate, however, since I won't be doing anything until Spring, I don't want to be bothered by constant phone calls.
