DreamHome completed a job to install a radiaflect barrier in our townhome attic, and it all went smoothly. The crew arrived within the service window they provided, inspected the ceiling before and after the job, worked efficiently, and provided snapshots of their work for me to review. From sales to payment, all in all a smooth and transparent process!

Went well. Took some time to diagnose a water leak through siding but they repaired. Very professional staff.

Work was well done. Great quality. There was a hiccup with the trim around windows. I didn't like original trim picked out so I had to incur additional cost to choose another color. They should have better or larger samples.

They're thorough and I believe had I decided to work with them they probably would've done an excellent job. They also hard sales people and I remember saying no and I'm not ready I'm getting quotes multiple times only to have people continuously pitch me. I will admit I signed the contract to get the sale rep out of my house and immediately cancelled after he left because that's how hard they push for a commitment. I did encounter a moment where the owner step in to see if I would stay in the contract and when I decided not to he kind of laugh or scoff at me over the phone which I thought was rude. It's a little expensive also.

Please keep in mind, I've been in customer service for over 20 years. A representative knocked on our door soliciting DreamHome Remodeling services. After claiming that they pride themselves in the best customer service, I asked if he had read the no soliciting sign on my door. His response was "I didn't feel like it." In my opinion, that action alone was not customer friendly and is disrespectful. When I called to complain, the person who claimed to be the representative's supervisor gave me a lame apology and didn't seem to care at all that his employee completely ignored my sign or that he lost the chance of getting our business.

Due to a hail storm that came through the area, multiple companies were out the following days knocking on doors looking for work. Dream Home Remodeling was the only company I had take a look at my roof and subsequently said it needed replaced, that was in Feb 2017. I contracted for them to do the work in March 2017 and they started the work in Jul 2017 and finished the work in Sep 2017. The subcontractors they had doing the roof and the Gutters did well but the overall experience with this company has been nothing short of painful and frustrating. I don't know if the HQ of the company is understaffed or just didn't care about the customer but I would go weeks and even months before hearing any kind of status update from the Project manager. There was never just one individual to work with, you had the guy that knocked on your door that sold you the service, the guy that worked the insurance claim, the girl who would call only looking for the check, the Project manager that would never respond to e-mails or phone calls and would never keep me up to date on what the status of my project was. I had to pull info from him, he would never push it, and oh by the way the manager of "MY" project never even showed up to "MY" project to meet with me the customer. The quality control guy actually came buy the house while the work was being done but never came back when it was finished to "CHECK the QUALITY" of the work... I am professionally and personally embarrassed that I actually recommend Dream Home Remodeling to my Boss and a close personal friend, both of which had the same exact problem as I did, along with 2 of my neighbors who were getting Hail damage work done by Dream Home Remodeling. Every single one of them said that the customer service, responsiveness and timeliness was horrendous. Guys had taken days off of work to be home for the workers to arrive and no one would show... Only after they called the project manager did they find out the schedule changed. It was almost comical talking to my neighbors about these guys. Honestly the only time you would hear from them is when they were looking for their money... After the roof was installed, I informed the project manager that they hadn't replaced the rain cap for the vent stack on the roof, I heard nothing for no kidding 2 months until they came looking for their final check... Even after I complained I got no response, just another e-mail looking for the final check. I would not recommend these guys to anyone ever. I know we all have seen the whining from that 1 or 2 dissatisfied customers and you say this is probably just a one off but I assure you this is not a one off, I can give you the names of 4 other folks who will most likely be writing a similar review. I'm a reasonable guy, I understand folks/organizations get over tasked and things may take a little more time, but for God sake communicate with the customer!!! This is the first review I have ever written on any site but I felt compelled.

I didn't really shop around. It was a recommendation from the neighbor and we went with it. They showed us what they were going to do and it looks like they are doing it.

We tried to get quotes for new James Hardie siding from Dream Homes two years in a row, with no real success. Finding a company that was willing to do both the Hardie and install the exotic hardwood has been a long and difficult process. Chris Brown with Dream Homes initially seemed willing, but both years he disappeared (stopped communicating and answering my messages when I pressed for detailed quote.) Note that they are not yet Hardie certified installers, although they are working toward that goal according to their sales person, Chris Brown. Although Chris finally gave us a lump sum quote of approx. $30k, he never replied to two follow-up emails I sent requesting a detailed break-out and a listing of exactly what was included. We received a call from Dream Homes management asking questions about our satisfaction with Chris. We provided details on our experience, but have never heard from them again. (Fortunately we then found Transnational Corp, a very professional and certified Hardie ambassador rated company, which we contracted the entire project with for about $33k.)

The crew was very professional and courteous. The roof looks great. Very happy with the results.

Company started installing the wrong quality siding before owner became aware of it and stopped the work. Company resolved this by installing the correct quality siding but it was a different style that customer really wanted. Manpower to reside whole house consisted of a man and a boy (helper). Took approximately 7 days to complete. Man worked at breakneck speed to complete house which was concerning to the owner. Tried calling project manager several times but could not reach him. He also did not return calls. When worker finished job there was no walk around performed by company with owner to ensure satisfaction. Owner did his own inspection and found many things that were unsatisfactory. Wrote letter to company president listing findings. Waited a month and no response. In summary, if you stand 50 - 100 feet away from the house it looks OK. However, when you get up close you begin to see the problems. Bottom line - Poor quality assurance and no company follow up to ensure satisfaction.

It's held up pretty well. Unfortunately at that time you could get a tax reduction for but when I wrote the company I found out the kind of siding they used didn't qualify for the tax reduction because it didn't have insulation on it. I think I would have been happier if they had sold me the kind with the insulation on it so I could get a deduction. One thing that happened with Dream Home. They started out at $18000 and I ended up paying $11000 for the same thing. I don't appreciate that kind of salesmanship. I'd like to know what it costs the first time and not have a guy trying to make a fast $1000 from me and after I say no about 17 times they come down to about half of what they quoted me. The price I finally paid for it wasn't the cheapest but they certainly came down to what I thought was reasonable. It looks like they did a pretty good job. They were responsive. They told me when they were going to come do it and they did it. They had a young fellow who was a pretty good salesman who really didn't know what he was talking about. The fellows that came to do the job I couldn't talk to them because they were Mexican but they seemed to know what they were doing and did a good job. Because of the fact that the salesman didn't really have the big picture and was kind of a high pressure kind of guy the professionalism would be marked down. The workmanship was pretty good. The salesman has called several times and I haven't used them again.

Workers were great, on time and professional. Did a good job. Unfortunately, the window company has since gone out of business, but the people who took it over have kept our windows in stock. I have called DreamHomes several times since to have windows replaced, as two have had seals broken. We were suppose to have a lifetime warranty, but that was with the windowmaker. They have come out and installed new windows and put a new lock on door. The original work was done many years ago.

They did a professional job, very pleased at the quality and install, I'd recommend them, as I have, to friends and family.

Jon was great to work with. He was very patient with helping us decided on what we wanted. Rene's team was excellent on the construction, as well as Edwin's team did a fantastic job on the flagstone. I would highly recommend Dreamhome and intend on using them in the future for any other home improvements.
