It went great! They were an A, they did good work. I would use them again in future. The windows have a life time warranty. The seals would not break. A couple of the windows got cloudy and I called them. They reasonably, quickly brought out new windows and replaced the ones that were bad. They have done that in two or three occasions over this time period. I never had them do any repair work on the siding. On the windows, I had the warranty and there were a couple of occasions and they responded well.

There was no charge. The windows were under warranty.

I was very happy with them. I did reach out to them with an issue I was having that I was hoping that they would be able to help me with. But, it sounded like it wasn't something they really did. They house had settled and the frames went trapezoid instead of rectangular. I was basically asking if it was possible for them to re-hang the windows. I knew it wasn't going to be under any warranty, it wasn't about that. It sounded like they were more in the installation bit of it than the warranty or post warranty maintenance type of thing. I was very happy with the work. They were amazing. They got it done in one day. It was fantastic work, zero complaints. I am happy with them. I would use them again.

I had an issue where it look like the roof was not really even look a little off and they sent a guy over that didn't speak English, and I did have an issue that I address that was not address satisfactorily since they sent somebody out.

I was not happy with some things. Some of the windows that they got for us, that we had installed ended up with some issues. It had argon gas in the windows for extra insulation. It started getting spots inside the window. When we called them up about it, they said that the manufacturer that they got the windows from was no longer in existence. They asked if we could pay for the windows to be replaced. They wouldn't do it. That was a big disappointment, so I kept throwing a fit about it and I kept throwing a fit. It turned out that in order for us to get the windows fixed, we pay half, which kind of upset me a little bit because I thought we paid them already to have the windows installed and they were bad windows. And then we ended up having to pay half to have them replaced. They were very expensive windows. I talked to the owner of the company and he goes, "Well, it's not my fault they were bad windows." I said, "Well, I understand that, but it's not our fault either." So here we're paying for a window and half of a window, for each window. So it ended up costing us more money than we would have ever paid out. In that respect I was not happy. It started out and then we had them come out because there was a problem with one of the windows, it was really bad. They ended up replacing it with a different window, which I can't open, my husband has to open because it has a different notch. So it's not even fitted properly. But it gets to the point where you just get tired of complaining and you almost want to just hire somebody else to do it. The windows has been a big issue with the company. So I wouldn't recommend them for windows. The first call they got was within the same year and then through the years we complained about one window starting to get that problem and I wanted them to replace it. The next year, two more windows had it. We had all the windows in the home replaced with them. Another time, the screens were coming out. So we paid to have a full screen put in instead of a half window screen where it opened because we got tired of it falling out. So we always had to come up with money for something. Even our sliding doors have come off.

In 2009, we hired DreamHome Remodeling to replace our aging windows. They promised lifetime warranty, energy savings, etc. Installation was Ok, just few minor usual hiccups. Overall we were happy. Few years later, windows started failing, one by one. Moisture, condensation, and eventually mold between the panes. Of course it means the windows lost the pressure (gas) and no longer energy efficient. We called DreamHome to only learn that the manufacturer is out of business and we are out of warranty. Well... What do we do then? That was our question. I spent many hours over the course of few months trying to solve our issue. But failed. Our hope was that they can replace all the failed and to be failed windows with the new ones for a no-profit price, we did not ask to do it for free. But they provided us (after many many phone calls and emails) with the ridiculous prices. For example, to replace two parts of the sliding door (no frame) would cost us ~$1200. Not bad for the lifetime warranty, huh? Another issue is that I could not even get attention of the owners to my problem, which is a very bad sign... It means they do not care, insulated themselves from the "noise" aka customers' problems/complaints and left others to deal with it. So, be aware about our story and make an educated choice. There are better options on the market.

The team displayed professionalism from sales to completion of project. The installers came in time and cleaned up after completion. They did good job in replacing the old roof. The company should provide more clear instructions to the installation team as to what has been agreed on the sales contract. The installation team did not have the lifetime boots which was agreed upon and required call to project manager to get it done.

After all the work was completed, Lenny personally came to inspect and provided suggestions on how to keep everything looking good for a long time. Lenny also took ownership of for all the work and provided his business e-mail address, and asked me to contact him at any time if there were any issues with any of the work.

Wonderful job. DreamHome built a very attractive, sturdy, clean, professional looking patio. Crew was friendly and did a nice clean-up. Nice job, nice people. On time and under a tight deadline. Very pleased.

This is the second time that we have used this provider. The first experience was fantastic and I expect the second experience to be as good as the first.

Went well. The only problem is we have an area they were suppose to fix and never came back to fix through area.

When I called to report the damage on May 2, 2016. I was told by customer service that the original window provider, Gorell, was purchased by another company and that my lifetime warranty no longer existed. I was also told that I would have to pay for the glass pack (window) myself. (I was very disappointed (and a little angry) about that.) I was happy to hear that DreamHome however, would not charge me for the installation since they were still honoring that part of the warranty. Then a few weeks went by, and I did not hear anything from DreamHome so I called back. They said customer service had passed on the information to the correct department, but apparently no one followed up on it. Another two or three weeks went by and I had not heard anything, so I called back again. I was told that there was still some miscommunication and someone would be getting back in touch with me to get the final information about the size of the window, etc. This also meant that the window had not been ordered yet. This took approximately another three weeks. The window was finally installed on July 1, 2016. The installer arrived a bit earlier than he said. This turned out okay, however, it might not have had we not been home at that time. The good part is that the installation went very well, and the installer was very fast and efficient. The window is so clear and beautiful we can't tell there is even a window there. So even though it took around nine weeks to get our window, and we had to pay for the window (but not the installation), we are very happy with the window. In about a week after the installation someone from DreamHome called to check to see how things went. I very much appreciated that.

Incredibly well! The workers showed up on time, were aware and cautious of small children and four legged family members. The owners showed up to make sure everything was going as expected. It was relatively quick and painless. The quality of the Windows made an incredible difference in the street noise level. Now we never hear the garbage truck. The workers who did the gutters took some baby birds who had taken to calling the gutters home and carefully placed them in a box so we could take them to a bird sanctuary. I really felt like this entire company was extended family members from beginning to end. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very professional job. Crew was prompt, professional and left our home spotless inside and out. The break metal work around the exterior window frames and sills was fantastic.

Arrived on time around 07:30 am Worked until the job was completed. Clean up everything to my liking. Took pictures of the roof top for me to look at. Asked if everything was OK before departing. Received follow up call from Dream home remodeling about workman ship.

It went very well. Kevin was very detailed and walked us through the entire project plan and how everything will go. His team also worked directly with our insurance providers to get them to pay for our gutter helmet replacement.

They did great! I've been in contact with the company about a piece of door trim that warped. They said they will order it and have installed when it comes in. It's taken a bit of time for them to have this taken care of but I have confidence they will do a great job!

The work was started on Friday and completed on Saturday. Did a very good job of cleaning up any material in the yard after removing the old shingles. Very patient as we took time selecting the shingle color.

I have used DreamHome Remodeling several times for different projects (doors and windows) and each time it has been a very smooth process. Their staff are always very responsive and they always show up and perform the work when scheduled. Installation was very professional and the work and products are both high quality. I have found cheaper alternatives for doors and windows but when I looked at the product there was a noticeable difference in the quality. Anytime I have called DreamHome for follow up or warranty work they have been incredibly responsive. I highly recommend them.

Job went very well....started at 9am and job was complete by 5 pm. Roof looks great. Highly recommend dream home for your new roof. Very reasonable and great workmanship.

the workers started work after we had to postpone our start date and did a great job over 2 days working from morning to dark and cleaning property each day. Each joint was caulked and trimmed around all things like vents. I asked questions of the crew they were knowledgeable and work with good skills. I left them on my property without any fear of damage or injury. I have told DreamHomes Remodeling that they can use my home as a model home for this area. I am that happy for the main office and with the sale staff through the work force.

Teams were efficient and professional. They all took pride in the work they did. On time and kept us aware of progress.

It went very well! Brian was awesome to work with. He provided me with all of the information I needed and followed up in a timely manner. The job was done properly and on time. I would use them again!

They contacted us randomly because a storm hit our area. We had other roofers do the same but they were the only one that actually went up our very steep roof and took a video. They marked the roof with chalk and showed us on the video that we had hail damage. Other roofers said "maybe". Amazing that they showed so much effort on their first visit. They left us samples not just photos so we could decide better. Every step of the way they assisted us with how to work with our insurance company and even mailed stuff on our behalf. They are easy to reach so anytime we had questions they would email us or drop by after working hours. It feels like they have a huge team that are very efficient. The only negative thing I can think of is that in the clean up there were a handful of roof or gutter nails that weren't picked up. I saw them combing through the lawn so I know they did what they could but I still saw some in the mulch. They did a lot of prep in the area before working on the roof so suffice to say, they have cleanliness as a goal. Our roof truly stands out in our neighborhood--they offered us the next generation roof materials and we just added tons of value to our home (including aesthetics). I've seen our neighbors roofers and this company is selling top notch products that are very appealing.
