DMV Cleaning Service

I got their number from a friend who was VERY SATISFIED with their work, so I decided to give them a call and receive a quote for 3 Bedrooms, 1 Living Room, 1 Dining Room, 2 Flights of Stairs, 2 Corridors and My Basement. They came over and got right to it. They cleaned my carpets and made things look great from A-Z, I got the stain removal service and odor removal service and when they were finished the house looked like it was installed with brand new carpets. I was REALLY REALLY satisfied with their service. But that's NOT the reason why I'm reviewing them on Angies List. They did their job and got their money, this was only business, just pure proffesionalism. This is the BARE MINIMUM standard. ........ The reason why I am writing this review is because the owners son Burak took 15-20 minutes extra out of his time to help explain to my 16 year old son who is almost failing Geometry (which I do not understand) how common sense can be used to approach any math problem and how simple formulas can be used to solve very very complex problems. Today my son came and got a 85% on his math quiz. LADIES AND GENTLEMAN, THIS IS ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. (AND I EXPECT 100% PERFECTION) THIS IS WHAT BUSINESS IS SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE .... I will never stop doing business with DMV Cleaning Business after that. Sometimes it's little things like that which creates a long term relationship between a customer and a client. Thank you Burak. I'm going to write a review on Yelp and your Facebook Page to let everyone know how great you guys are and I will tell all my friends who need your services. Again, Thank You

From the first initial phone call, I already knew I was in good hands. They were very respectful and professional from their first word to their last. Unlike the other well known big companies, DMV Cleaning Service actually took care of me and listened to my needs and stuck around until the job was 100% complete. They were funny and very friendly in the most respectful and professional way. I cannot stop saying the word PROFESSIONAL and RESPECTFUL enough. Don't even get me started on QUALITY: I got three words for you: ROTOVAC! ROTOVAC! ROTOVAC! I have used the other companies, and the quality is simply not the same. It's obvious that Cevat (the owner) has been doing this for more than 30 something years. They had a lot of different machines for each task and they CONQUERED!!!!! the stains. 5 Stars. Simply 5 Stars. They understand what customer service means. Pricey, BUT WORTH IT!
