+ 0 moreThis whole experience with Luis Guzman and his team was outstanding. I have never had a home service provider of this quality. I found Luis on HomeAdvisor, he responded immediately, came out to the house later the same day, gave me a detailed estimate the next day, showing all the materials, quantities and unit prices, the cost of labor, scheduled the job as soon as the weather was good, completed the job in 2 days, and cleaned up well. I understand Luis is experienced in all aspects of house building and remodeling, has just passed the testing for his "A" Licence, and can accept small jobs like mine between the phases of his larger jobs. He has 5-7 other people he can call upon to help with his work, depending on the size of the job, how busy he is, and the skills needed. Luis is young, very articulate, completely honest and I will certainly call on him for any future jobs at my home.
Description of Work: Replaced footings on a large deck, using 6x6 inch beams, 24 inch concrete in-ground, and Simpson connectors. After the footings were completed, he came back for phase 2 of his work for us, putting in under-deck gravel on top of plastic sheeting and installing aluminum edging.
