Everything went well. He did a great job and charged a reasonable price for his services. We have used him in the past, and he is always very responsive and does good work.

We were happy. Reynolds Grimes is the owner. We were happy with the work. His workers were all great. There was a subcontracted electrician that we had troubles with. Everything is looking very good. He has come back to tweak a couple of things without any problems.

This is the second time I've used Contemporary Remodeling and this experience was as good as the first. No pressure sales, warm and friendly demeanor, even our family dog wagged his tail when he walked in the door. (The dog who doesn't like anyone) Reynolds and his crew did an excellent job and once again, arrived on the day of the scheduled job start with all the supplies and materials. The job was scheduled for three days and finished on the third day. Reynolds and his team were careful of our outdoor plants and picked up the trash and discarded material. The grounds looked better after they were done with the job then when they arrived. Reynolds is a perfectionist and everything he did on this and the previous jobs he completed for us was perfect. I highly recommend his company for any remodeling job.

Reynolds showed up to give us the estimate right on time. We could see him out the window a few minutes early which was nice considering the other two estimates we received the individuals were late. Not only did Reynolds, the owner/installer, have a warm personality with a no pressure sales attitude his price was less than the others. The entire estimate took less than an hour and we felt confident that Reynolds was going to do a superior and reliable job. Reynolds started work the day we were scheduled and came prepared with everything needed to start the job. He removed all the old tile and flooring material and cleaned the mess from the old tile perfectly. When we came home that afternoon, if we didn't know he was doing a job for us we never would have known he was there. He treated our home like it was his own, cleaning up after himself and was careful not to mess anything else up. The job was estimated to take 4 days but he was able to finish in three. Although for this job it was just Reynolds, we feel completely comfortable that any of Reynolds workers he sends to our home will be as professional, skilled, and friendly as he was. The overall experience was great! We are going to definitely going to use him again in the future for our Kitchen remodel this fall. We've already referred him to several of our friends and they are also happy with the work he has done.

Reynolds and his crew did a beautiful job. I was amazed that they got it all done in one day. There were no loose ends when they left. They cleaned the work area thoroughly, inside and outside. Installing the trim around the new doors required creativity, as the space wouldn't accommodate a standard size trim. I was really pleased with what they created. I know I'll need to replace all my windows soon, and I won't hesitate to contract with Reynolds again.
