Quality work, great communication with Eduardo. Only complaint is that they tend to arrive 10 minutes early for 8AM appointments, but that is not a major issue, we just learned to expect that from now on. Would recommend them without hesitation.

My only critique is that they can be a bit "overzealous," i.e., a little rough, on occasion. Sometimes there is a language issue, but a call to Eduardo can overcome that. Overall, I'm exceedingly happy with them -- I've used them for almost a year and plan to continue to do so.

Cleaners Inc was terrific. It was easy to schedule a time for service. They called to tell me they would arrive about 40 minutes early. The three women worked very hard for three hours straight and the house looked fantastic. They had all the right equipment and tools. They cleaned inside everything and also some things that I didn't think of like the blinds. Very good value and I appreciated the good communication from the company in terms of scheduling and showing up early. They also were straight forward about the 3 hour minimum and pricing--turned out to be the perfect amount of time for our place. I would definitely use them again.

They do a great job with cleaning, and Eduardo is very responsive on the phone. I will say that they do occasionally break things, but when they do, they will refund you for them. So far, nothing has been very valuable, and they're much better cleaners than others we've tried.

This was my second time using this company; appointment time was easy to set up; they arrived a bit early and went straight to work with the services I requested - single family home, top and main floor cleaning from top to bottom, baths, kitchen, dusting, tile floor, wood floors and carpets. The three ladies were very thorough and did a great job; only slight issue was a language barrier but we worked through it and they did wonderful. I would definitely use again.

Their performance was inconsistent. We would receive excellent cleaning services on one visit and sub-standard cleaning on the next. When we first contracted with them we explained that if breakage were to occur, we wanted to be notified vs. having to find it for ourselves. While Mr. Leiva agreed to this, he does not enforce this standard with his employees and we found several things broken over the course of their service. Mr. Leiva was always quick to apologize and did reimburse us for some items, but it became tiring. During our initial visit we also stressed the importance of removing cobwebs and dust around the house. We often found areas that they missed. In several instances they unscrewed the tub stopper from its fitting and the only reason I can think is that they did not know how to operate it. We ultimately cancelled this service because we began to feel that it was causing us more anxiety than it was worth. Of note, when I notified Mr. Leiva that we were discontinuing his service he never asked us why or engaged in any discussion that would indicate he was interested in continuing business with us...he merely returned the key. I found that their price was reasonable, but would have been willing to pay a bit more for consistent service.

Cleaners Inc (I think his name is Eduardo) was punctual, thorough and completly accomodating. He fully understood the task and was well prepared to tackle the job when he arrived with his 3 workers. Cleaners Inc brought their own equipment and supplies and were properly trained to clean efficiently and thoroughly. The service was a tremendous value and i recommend them highly.

Eduardo is the owner and showed up with two employees as scheduled. They started with the top floor and worked their way down. They were miticulous with with their work and made sure everything from the blinds to the baseboards were cleaned. The fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher were cleaned too. He encouraged me to inspect each floor as they completed it. He and his team did an excellent job. I thought the price was great for the five hours they spent on the job. I will use them again when my tenants move out.

Extremely friendly and easy to work with from start to finish; the cleaning team of three did a fantastic job. This was the first time I used this company and was quite happy with the quality and timeliness of their work. I would use their services again.

The estimator arrived on time, did a thorough review of our home, and provided a fair estimate. The following Saturday, the cleaning crew arrived on time, and did a wonderful job cleaning our home.

They are on time, quick and efficient and I have no complaints. I have meant to give them a good review for a while and wanted to give them credit for great service. I obviously would recomend them as we use them twice a month!

They will be returning every two weeks and I am so pleased. I waited until my 73rd birthday to begin this and should have started long ago.

We had just a narrow time window between completely repainting the house and photographing it. We needed help cleaning up after the contractors and getting the place ready to market. So we appreciated their willingness to schedule a multi-hour project with just a week's notice. They did an absolutely beautiful job on the bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, oven and even the tracks of several sliding glass doors. Their attention to detail really made a difference.

I was happy with all of their cleaning except for the bathtubs. They had a young girl and she was brand new who did the bathroom. It takes a lot to learn how to clean. Their price was comparable to the other people. Their responsiveness was very good. I called and told him what I needed done. I was having a party and I wanted it done before the party. He scheduled it for a few days before the party. They were punctual. I think they were actually about 15 minutes early. They had called and wanted to come earlier in the day but I had an appointment. I couldn’t be home to let them in.

I recommend them to all. They are on time, do a great job, and leave nothing behind.

They were polite, they moved things, and they did the inside of the windows. They did everything beautifully. The tiles were beautiful. They were very professional.

Called the company for an estimate. Since Angie's List has the service area as DC/PG/Fairfax, I figured they would provide service, since I live in Fairfax. Even their web site says "DC, MD & VA". However, the person who answered said that they only provide service in Springfield and some areas close to RT7100. So what's the point in advertising large service areas?

Exceptionally responsive, detailed cleaning and very professional. They balance detailed regular housecleaning with seasonal or simply new requests into fair pricing. I now use Cleaners, Inc. every 3-4 weeks. Pricing is average - the service, flexible cleaning options and professionalism are terrific.

Eduardo's team was very responsive to our needs for our move-out. The date kept shifting and he was able to meet our date and WOW did he exceed our expectations! It was an amazingly thorough cleaning. No corner was left untouched and they even found things in the backs of cabinets and in corners the movers never caught. I can't say enough good things about Cleaners, Inc. We only wish they were moving with us. They cleaned our home for us the past three years and they were trustworthy, reliable, and detailed. Not only that, but I do feel the prices are reasonable as Eduardo sends a team of 3 people to clean and they do a much better job than just one person.

Excellent services and professionalism

I got estimates from 3 companies that were highly rated on Angie's list. Two of them wanted to bargain on their fees, asking me what quotes I had gotten from other companies, what I was willing to spend, etc. They were reluctant to give me specific prices until I pressed them. Eduardo from Cleaners Inc was much more straightforward and professional. He took a tour of my house, I showed him which rooms I wanted cleaned, and he gave me his price without trying to bargain, which was $120 for monthly cleaning. He also agreed that my house was clean enough that I did not need the initial cleaning that they typically do (where they charge by the hour) but that I could go immediately to fixed price cleaning. I decided to start with once a month cleaning. Eduardo came with two women, and the three of them cleaned the house quickly and efficiently. I was equally pleased the second time they came. I have scheduled the third time and plan on continuing to use them on a monthly basis.

I made the right decision in calling Cleaners, Inc. Eduardo came to my home 3 weeks ago, due to some major construction I had done I needed my home thoroughly cleaned. We talked about a one time cleaning that may become bi-weekly based on the initial cleaning. After talking with Eduardo, a date, time and cost was agreed on and I looked forward to the day. Eduardo and a staff of three arrived 15 minutes early (which I had no problem with) and went to work immediately. Considering the structure of my 3 level home, they started at the top where a bedroom is and worked their way down. By the time they got to the middle level (living room, dining room and additional bedrooms) I was sold. They moved furniture and objects as they went along. They swept, vacuumed and wet mopped where needed. They cleaned the base boards, windows and the light fixtures in all the rooms. All windows were washed on the inside and furniture dusted. My stove, microwave and refrigerator were cleaned to look as if they were newly purchased. Originally, Eduardo said I should be there to make sure the things I wanted done were to my liking but by the end of the first hour, I knew this was the cleaning service for me. I told Eduardo, I was impressed with what I was seeing and wanted to have bi-weekly service. I paid him and left for my appointment with no concern the job would not be completed. I highly recommend Cleaners, Inc. The staff are professional and the focus is on getting the job done and for me and happy I made the call.

They are consistently sharp on time. They do a thorough job of cleaning our house. We would recommend them to our friends in the area. We shopped around on price a little bit and they came in below most of the other companies that we’d talked to. The workers that come out are great. They are really friendly and really confident. I would definitely recommend them to the others. We are usually not here when they come but I know they come on the right day. They haven’t missed their appointments. We will use their services again in the future.

Eduardo and his crew were awesome! They arrived at our townhome at the agree upon time and they got right to work. After every floor they completed Eduardo asked me to check the area and each time everything looked great. I would definitely recommend The Cleaners and hope to use them again if they venture out to Bealeton. :) Thank you all for the great experience!
