It was excellent. They came in and in one day pretty much gutted the kitchen. They cleaned up after every day. They made sure that there really was no mess outside of the kitchen. It was an excellent experience. They were just very easy to work with. The design part was easy to do. If we had any questions, there was always someone to answer them. It was, all in all, a great experience. I would recommend them to others. I would use them again in the future.

The job went as scheduled. The only snafu was with the contractor that installed the countertop. They drilled the hole for the insta-hot feature on the wrong side of the faucet which required the faucet to be installed 180 degrees out of kilter. Not a big deal but I was not totally pleased with this.

They did not include the new appliances in their quote. It was very professional but it was a little more than we wanted to pay. They explained everything and they gave the quote from the dimensions that we gave them. They got back to us with the quote within a couple days. We would’ve gone with them if the price had been a little lower.

Their cabinetry and granite estimates were pretty good but their demolition and installation estimates were high. It turns out that they don’t actually have employees that will supervise the entire job so they subcontract the demolition and installation. I would call them again but it would really depend on the job. I’ve heard from other people that they do satisfactory work.

Tessa was excellent and very professional in helping us plan, design and order cabinets for our new kitchen addition. She has years of experience and was able to recommend ideas that never occurred to us. She also was good at pointing out what not to do. Everything was on-time, on schedule, they worked with our budget and service was EXCELLENT. We give our highest recommendation.

My remodeling job went very smoothly. The workers were very punctual and very professionals. I am very pleased with the quality of the work.

The cabinets were really superior to what I had seen and they are a 100% good with cabinets. She has a brilliant idea of moving my stove 6 inches which allowed me to have a much bigger counter top than I would have had and that was wonderful. They make the cabinets in the United States and I like the quality of them.

I think everything is really nice. I think that my kitchen before was really ugly and it is really nice now. The lady that we have been working with is really great. She gave us lots of good advice, as we really had no clue what we were doing.
