C-Con bid on my basement buildout on June 14th. They provided a detailed estimate with all applicable charges broken out. They offered alternative options that allowed us to complete some portions of the basement on our own (paint, and flooring), and included a project timeline that gave a clear picture of the project. We awarded C-Con the contract on June 14th, and work began on June 21st. C-Con provided a project manager who was able to oversee the job and ensure all of the pieces of work were completed in the time allotted and to the specifications we had requested. The president of the company made several visits to our home to oversee the progress and ensure we were satisfied. They kept a very clean jobsite throughout the entire project. We were extremely satisfied with the work being completed, and even requested additional services during the build-out. C-Con provided change orders based on our requests so we could review and approve the additional charges prior to the work being performed. We are scheduled for final inspection on July 1st, and will be able to celebrate the 4th of July in our new basement!!! Total consturction time was 2 weeks and the work is AMAZING! The quality of the basement far exceeds the rest of the house!! These guys did a fantastic job!!

C-Con bid on my basement on June 7th. They provided a detailed bid that listed out all of the costs associated with the project. They provided a detailed timeline of the job schedule and additional services we could opt to add or remove to adjust the final project cost. No other contractor we spoke with was able to do that. C-Con was awarded the bid on June 14th. Construction on my basement started on June 21st and our final inspection is scheduled for July 1st! Total construction on a full basement build out was two weeks. Not only did they assign a project manager to oversee the job, the president of the company came to the house several times to ensure the work was being completed in the time scheduled and in the appropriate manner. They stayed well within budget and submitted change order requests for approval prior to making any unplanned modifications to the build out. We were able to monitor the progress daily, and I have to say that the work they performed far exceeds the quality of the rest of the house! The basement is BEAUTIFUL, and finished in time for us to have a 4th of July party to celebrate!!!!!
