+ -1 moreWe used Mr. Finch on an inspection 5/5/2010. That house deal fell through for reasons unrelated to the inspection. We like Denis Finch so much we hired him to do an inpsection 5/15/2010 on a different home on which we have a contract to purchase. He is thorough, professional, punctual and we believe we got more than our money's worth. You may find cheaper inspectors out there, but you will not get the comprehensive report and knowledge provided by Denis.
Description of Work: Mr. Finch (Denis) provided a home inspection. He was thorough, punctual, gave us a full written report in a binder on the spot which included information on how to work the various utilities in the home. During the inspection he gave us helpful hints on how to correct minor problems ourselves. Afterwards he followed up with a letter and suggestions of simple repairs.
