Description of Work: Tear out old "50's" bar in the family room. Put a wall with a wide door to enclose the family room and create a work room in the old bar area. Ceiling repair and floor repair needed to be done as well as building a new wall, putting the door in and replacing wood paneling to match the rest of the room. Being an old house there were lots of little things that came up but Dick handled them well. Also replaced a bathroom door that no longer closed. Dick was very helpful in fixing some of the little things that came up.
