+ -1 morePrep to sell the home began with a two hour walk through this spring where she pointed out critical areas for remodel that would give is more bang for our buck. As projects are completed she came by to look and give advice. Also periodically provided comp info for our info. Becky is always willing to take phone calls with smallest of questions. Appreciate the extra effort on her behalf.
Description of Work: Becky is assisting us in the remodel of our home prior to sale. I used her to purchase the home in 2001 and will use her to list the home in the near future.

+ -1 moreBecky Berning Becky Berning, was our agent when we bought our house 14 years ago, and I am so impressed that she keeps us in her mind, because we are military and have come and gone. She is very personable and I would recommend her.
Description of Work: Becky Berning - Real Estate Agents We used. Becky Berning, a few months ago she had walked through our house and told us what we might need to do an upgrade on our house for when we do sale our house and she did this for free. She even took me to other houses in our neighborhood and others to see the up graded homes and the competition we would have when selling.
