Great company. Knowledgeable sales staff, quality padding and carpet, great installation. Carpet looks fabulous. And they are very patient--a special thanks for holding my carpet in the warehouse for an extended period when family illness put the install on hold. Would definitely recommend this company.

Competitive pricing and nice people. First to respond and prompt with pricing. We went another way due to the pricing not making sense when changes were requested. Perhaps it was my math. I did appreciate them being responsive.

This is the second time we've used this company and we have consistently been pleased. From the estimate to installation, the process was pleasant and smooth. They were very patient while I went though numerous carpet samples and helped me make the best choice for my family. The two gentlemen who installed the carpet were very professional and efficient. We will definitely use Band B again in the future.

I spent around $1000 as there was a combination of some different things. I had problems with the sub-floor and they did an excellent job. They had to skin it with a latex cement layer and put in a new sub-floor on top. The floor was uneven and I had a lot of sub-floor issues, but they did a good job working on that.

The experience overall was outstanding.

A couple weeks after the installation, we accidentally spilled a chemical on the carpet leaving spots that could not be removed. When B and B was called, again they were EXCELLENT. They responded the Same day and replaced the spotted area of the carpet. Again, a high Quality Job. I would Definitely recommend them.

The job was scheduled very timely, the crew were polite and professional, and the installation went quickly. They did not bring enough carpet to finish the stairs but followed up with us within a few days to reschedule the stairs. The owner offered a $100 discount for any inconvenience. This is a family run business and all of experience with them has been favorable.

The process was fine but took over 11 hours. The workmen told me they usually have double the help working and it doesn't take from 9am to 830 pm. We were extremely disappointed with the amount of time it took. The workmen were courteous and continued to all work was completely done.

I saw fabulous reviews for them on the internet from the people who had used them. They do very meticulous work and it is perfection in every way. What stands out about them is consistency, honesty, price and quality. It is like a dream and I would dream of a person doing a job like this and that is how good they were. They have the certification for putting down Duraceramc tile flooring. The manufacturer, Congoleum, had given me three names that were capable of installing DuraCeramic flooring and they were on that list.

This was a very satisfying and easy process from the time we met with Irene at the shop to the installation. Irene was very helpful with choosing the best carpet for our needs, the measurement was done almost immediately and the carpet installed quickly. It looks great and we are very pleased. Would definitely use them again.

Estimator was an installer for more than 30 years (with same company), so really knows his stuff. The installers were professional and neat. The replacement went smoothly and was on time. Band B was more responsive than other companies who provided higher estimates and were hard to reach. I would use Band B again.

Their price was reasonable and we were pleased. They were very fast and they were very knowledgeable. We thought that their prices were very competitive. They did what we asked them to do. They provided a good padding with the carpet and they got it installed within a few days, which was great.

Very helpful in sales. Scheduled according to our date which was several weeks down the road. Prompt, clean and neat in installation. Very professional in all aspects. This is a long standing family business in a business strip mall, not in a big showy store. But they have every imaginable sample on hand. Prices are excellent. Advice is professional without being pushy. They take time to explain features of various carpets and why they recommend certain ones. Protective of both your pocketbook and your individual tastes. We are in our 70's and have had carpet installed many times over the years in various homes. These people are the best. They have their own installers, not some fly by night guys contracted just for the job. Their estimator has had years of installation experience and was right on with his estimate of yards needed which was less than what several other firms estimates were.

We were impressed from the outset when we went to the store to select our carpet. The store personnel were professional and knowledgeable; we felt no pressure from them. Two workers did a perfect job installing carpeting in our basement. Once finished, they vacuumed up all stray bits. Because there are no extras, e.g., moving furniture, the bottom line price was better than Home Depot, which has many add ons. We are really thrilled with the results

I have been dealing with them for a long time. They are people who are very responsive. They come when they say they are going to come. They put tiles in my kitchen floor and some of the tiles cracked. They told me that they will come back and fix it. I am sure they will come. They are responsive. They provide personalized service and interact personally. They are reasonable, efficient, and follow what they say they are going to do. It is a small family owned company, and I think that is why I keep going there. They are very punctual. They are right on time.

They have several teams. The wood pattern I picked out was a quarter inch, height of the carpet was a little more than that. This was partially my fault. They did a pretty good job. They delivered the product the night before. I would recommend them.

We were impressed at first as they had the new product that we had read about. But although we witnessed the call to the supplier ordering our flooring and paid our deposit, we were later told that it was not available and needed to switch to a more expensive option. This may be because the owner thought that the maple flooring that we ordered was the same price as the oak flooring. We switch to a wider plank size of the maple at a higher price. The installer was a Primma Donna. When he installed a plank that was a much darker color than the others and we complained he through a "hissy fit" and threatened to walk off the job if we didn't want him to do it with the color variation. We know that natural maple wood has a variation in color but this plank is extremely different. He also installed other planks not to our choosing although none were as bad as the first one. In the end he had an entire extra box of flooring. There had been no reason due to lack of enough material to do the job correctly but the type of flooring it is in order to replace those boards would require dismantling the floor. He also did not give us a copy of the warranty and when requested a copy from the store repeatedly we were finally sent a copy of the warranty for a different type of flooring. It was already past the deadline to submit it anyway. We chose this company as it was top rated for price and quality by consumer site!

The company was wonderful. After visiting MANY showrooms, they stood out. From letting us borrow samples to assisting us with making a choice, Irene was outstanding. Everyone who worked with us was polite and efficient. Milton and crew put the carpet in perfectly, used an 8 lb pad, and all of our friends were very impressed with their work.
