Description of Work: Laid hardwood flooring in the atrium, dining room, and family room. Price included material and labor. This is a terrific organization to deal with. No superlatives are adequate. I was very happy with the process and very happy with the result. I will use them for all of my future flooring needs.

Description of Work: Sales rep showed up with only one sample - seemed to be a miscommunication between person I talked to and him. He did, however, bring a couple more the next day. Estaimates were prompt. After sales rep asked me to put the samples on my front porch on a specific day for pick-up, no one ever came to pick them up. After leaving them on my front porch for a week I brought them back into the house and then eventually threw them away. I bought carpet from another carpet company that my real estate agent recommended. That company was significantly cheaper and did a good job installing the carpet.

Description of Work: This company was recommended by our realtor. Set up an appointment for 10:00 AM at 10:30 AM I called them to see if they were coming or not. They said they were running behind would 12:00 PM be OK so I said yes. At 12:30 I called them again to find out where they were. I was informed that they had been held up at another appointment. They could not bother to call me so I waisted my whole morning waiting for them. I called another company to do the job.

Description of Work: We had used this business for carpeting our home in the early 90's. Starting mid 2000's their work force has changed. They use People that they can not verify that they are legally able to work in the US. Excuses about in order to keep costs reasonable. that doesn't work for us. We won't be using this business again. We did not get our hardwood floors done.

+ -1 moreThe person who came out was prompt, we ended up going to their showroom and they literally have 100s and 100s of samples. I like the fact they did not turn their nose up that we wanted good quality but had a budget. Communications after contracting with them was superb! Irene is great to work with. We will go to them over and over again for our carpet and flooring needs. I only wish they did ceramic tile!!! Great company, highly recommend. Also, since they could not install on the day promised, Irene knocked off $100 dollars off the price, totally unexpected and much appreciated.
Description of Work: Repaired padding in basement (due to water damage), repaired carpet that was not properly affixed to a stair, replaced carpet in master and another bedroom.
