James is responsive and knowledgable. He cares about customer service. He is also retired military!

Removed pool cover and inspected plaster and tiles. He measured the pool and provided me with an estimate for re-plastering and optional tile replacement. Very professional. He spent significant time discussing the situation of the pool. He also provided references of completed work as well as undergoing pool renovation projects. The estimate that he provided was competitive, but I also obtain others more cost effective.

I would recommend ASP to anyone looking for high quality, professional work and a competitive price. I had an old leaking pool liner and had to make a decision whether to repair or replace. I shopped my job out to multiple firms and based my decision on trust, craftsmanship and price. ASP came through in every regard. James, who owns the franchise, came over with his son to help me assess what I needed and weighed the pros / cons of fixing my old liner vs. installing a new one. It was the honest assessment and advice that sold me and I could not have been happier. They arrived as planned and installed the liner in the timeframe promised. I regularly use ASP for routine maintenance (closing my pool, replacement of pump, etc..) and always value their advice. ASP is my first call with anything related to my pool and I would endorse them to any and all who ask.

I was thrilled with ASP's service in closing our 36,000 gallon in ground pool. Last year we used a different company. The other company charged us more and did far less. They didn't replace missing cover pegs nor did they offer to patch our cover.ASP lowered the pool water level, added the appropriate chemicals, blew out the pipes, fixed/removed a few broken cover pegs and patched two small tears in our cover. The service was done quickly and in a friendly manner.Thank you ASP!

Last year we bought a house with a 36,000 gallon pool that was in horrible condition.We worked with a pool company that eventually got the water clean, but I was frustrated that as a new pool owner I knew more about pools then some of the service reps that came to our house. This year we decided to buy all new equipment to replace our aging pool equip and we interviewed and received quotes from 4 companies. We decided to hire America's Swimming Pool Company (NVA). It was one of the best decisions we made. ASP gave us one of the lowest bids and I know that we received better quality work than one of the higher bidders because we used one of the higher bidders last year. We worked directly with the owner, James King. He asked us detailed questions about what we wanted, how we would use the pool, and what level of pool maintenance we were comfortable doing ourselves. James was thorough, timely, and more important patient with us. I asked him dozens and dozens of questions and he answered them all. I also appreciated the fact that if he didn't know an answer (we installed some equipment that just came out) he called Pentaire for us to get the answer. One of the things that I liked most about ASP is the excellent customer service we received as well as the high quality of work. We are already working with ASP to plan some additional repairs to the tile/plaster of our pool. I look forward to working with them again.
