Artin Services made scheduling easy, the crew arrived when they said they would and got everything done in a timely fashion. They sent me before and after photos of all the work so I could see everything without having to go up on the roof. The people I dealt with were all professional, friendly and I thought the prices were reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

It went well. The technician was on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. I also received a comprehensive report on the condition of the roof.

They came and inspected the roof. Showed pics of the items that need maintenance. They also sent an estimate for the recommended maintenance.

Okay, but it took them a while to get to us.

I just had my 20 year old cedar shake replaced with asphalt shingles. I used Artin Services based on the ratings in Angie's List, length of time in the roofing business, how thorough there estimate was without trying to add extra services, and finally how competitively priced they were using high quality roofing material. They started and finished the entire job including a thorough clean-up in just one day. They had a large crew which was well orchestrated by the on-site foreman. At no time did I see anyone sitting around idle. My principal point of contact was the project manager (Arash) who communicated well and whose prime concern was to ensure I was pleased with the outcome.

The service went horribly, they sent a boiler plate email to schedule with no request for contact information such as phone number. The contractor showed up and did the roof inspection on the roof without contacting me to come inside. The only reason I knew the work had been done was because they sent me a proposal to do more work with pictures of my inspection. The recommendations were new gutters, but no mention of anything relating to my problem. When I called to ask them to come back to do the interior inspection to determine the leak, the owner became hostile telling me I did not answer my door and they did not have my phone number. He said they might come back sometime in the future on their own time but that they did not care to do it on my schedule or quickly.

We are so pleased with Artin Services. They were sympathetic, thorough and professional. They showed me what needed to be fixed, gave me options. They communicated with me frequently keeping me posted regarding arrival times and work schedule. Our lawn was left pristine. They completed the work on schedule and for a great price.

They're great. I use them on a regular basis. They are very good. They did a very thorough job. They come in, they do their job and they leave.

Compared to the other estimates it was an excellent deal. They come out and surveyed it without me being here. They came out and did the work without me being here, so punctuality was not a real issue. They cleaned up well after themselves. I would not use them again but because I am moving and they won't be in that area. There was a satellite dish cable that ran down along side the edge of the roof, and they just pulled it off and let it hang down. I have to go up and secure it. I let them know about it and they said they would come back out. I said I would handle it myself.

I would give them an A because of the courtesy, and the followup and also because one of the workers damaged the neighbors roof and they came back and fixed it for the neighbor. I did this service before on another house of the same size and it cost me less than $5000. About 3 or 4 years back. I think whatever they promised they fulfilled. They are responsive. I think over all I like this company, I don't have any problem on anything except maybe the price. If I could get it for free, I would give them an A+. They are professional. They had a guy come over and took pictures and give me a nice quote and they followup over the phone, emails, and letters. They are also accepting also credit cards, checks and everything.

Excellent. Artin Services was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and provided a very competitive estimate. After selecting a few colors of shingle that I was interested, Artin dropped off actual samples of each. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the property was left very clean. I couldn't be more happy with my overall experience.

They arrived on time went right to work and completed the required work. The y were very quiet and cleaned up after the job was finished. Other that the roof repairs you could not tell they had been there.

Repair was fine. Gave me a sense of relief we would have no issues with the roof.

Well. Discovered further damage and provided detailed estimate to repair the additional damage.

The master roofer and his assistant showed up on time. They took the pictures of the roof, explained what needed to be fixed and emailed me the estimate with the pictures.

Excellent! They arrived on time, were clean and efficient and even sealed around some additional windows for me. They document everything with photos during the work so you are assured the work you pay for is getting done.

They're very good. I would definitely recommend them. We've used them before and I would use them again. They're prompt and professional. They don't try to get you to do more that what's necessary which a lot of companies do, they try to sell you more than what you need. They've done a lot of work for a lot of our friends and they're always very good. Everything they did was perfect.

Artin does excellent quality work; and they are very responsive. They take pictures close up of all problem areas and explain the work needed. For emergencies they quickly do a quick fix and then return to do the more permanent repair. They submit a detailed proposal for approval before starting and they don't try to persuade you to do more work than is necessary.

Very well. I was very pleased with the work that was done.

They knew just what to do and did the work perfectly.

It was a good job, they did excellent work. They cleaned up and were very neat.

Went great, he patched all the damage to my roofing shingles, caulked around the pipes on the roof and pulled an old DirectTV dish whose screw holes were causing damage to my roof.

They were very polite. We had to pay extra ($807) because our roof is a higher pitch. They took lots of pictures and sent them to us so we could see the work that was done, before and after.

Discussed several times but no resolution.
