Air Duct Maids

The dryer duct i know is cleaner and i am sure after watching them work that the HVAC is equally clean. I was very impressed and will use them again.

Air Maids were very professional, on time and kept us informed of the progress until the job was complete. The technicians called us when they were on their way to our home and gave us the time of arrival. They seemed very informed and confident of what the job required and preformed it accordingly. They cleaned up any mess that was left near the vents with a vacuum. As expected we had a little dusting to do but nothing to speak of. The only thing I was disappointed with was that NO camera inspection was available to show a before and after picture. This in my opinion is a big deal since it would show what the ducts looked like before and what their cleaning technique did after. This may be a factor in my using the company again since I am a show me type person.

The service went well. They did a magnificent job. I had never had my ducts and vents cleaned for well. They also installed something in the furnace to keep viruses away. They suggested I clean the system every 2 years. I called them to check the furnace and they gave a great recommendation on a company who could do that. I paid an additional fee for the virus protection but I was happy to do so to make sure the air quality of my home is the best. I thought the pricing was well worth the quality of service. I had no problem scheduling with the company. The crew was very courteous and did a very thorough job.

It went great. I would use them again. They came when they said they would. I would want the same two people who did the job to do my future jobs.

John and his assistant did a great job. They showed up on time and started right away. They carefully placed tarps down to protect the carpets and then brought in the vacuum hose into the house and down stairs to the laundry room. Since I had removed the vent tube in advance, they were able to start cleaning the duct immediately. The team worked quickly but carefully to ensure no lint escaped the vacuum hose. They spent enough time to ensure that the vent was completely clear. They then clean up and removed the tarps and hose quickly and were done in good time.

A very complete walk through was conducted which included pointing out each grill that was cleaned and where touch up paint (very minor) was done. The fee was as quoted. They will be our "go to" duct cleaning company from now on.

The provider was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. All of the work was completed in a timely manner. I was extremely satisfied with Air Duct Maids and I will continue to use them in the future.

It was great. Tim was in charge and he explained everything he was doing as he was getting ready to do it. He had two other guys with him that he was training. They did a great job... Other than the fact one of the air vent covers was not replaced correctly they were wonderful. The job probably took nearly two hours to complete. They arrived in the time frame they were scheduled. I was very happy.

No hard sale on their extra air cleaner system, just shared the brochure with us. Really appreciated that. We bought the coupon. Definitely worth it.

The service went fine. I paid an additional $600 to have some kind of light installed. I am not completely clear on what exactly I got or how it works. They did a nice job cleaning the ducts. I believe two technicians came out. They were pleasant to work with, efficient and knowledgeable. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

We just purchased our home, and this was our first experience with air-duct cleaning. Our technician Tim did a fantastic job of explaining the process thoroughly, walking us through the hows and whys of every step with good humor and clear knowledge. Tim and his assistant Vinny worked quickly and efficiently, and we are thrilled to know that we'll now have cleaner air to breathe in our new home.

Doug and team were very knowledgeable and 100% professional. They called before they came, arrived on time and performed the job extremely well. They explained the process thoroughly before beginning and kept us informed the entire time. They also answered questions about Aeroseal duct sealing. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I simply can't say enough good things about this company! I think every company should take note of how Air Duct Maids treats their customers--service, excellence and integrity! Tim and his crew came out on June 28 to clean our vents after we had our floors sanded and refinished. Coincidentally, our appointment was at the same time as I and some friends were moving our furniture into the new house. Tim jumped right in and helped us move the furniture off the truck and into the house before starting his work. They did an excellent job cleaning out the vents despite the chaos of moving in and having contractors remodeling in the bathrooms and electricians installing recessed lights! He and his crew were efficient, professional and courteous. Then on July 9, Douglas and his team came over to seal our air duct system. Again, they knocked it out of the park. We were leaking over 35% of the air coming from the furnace and generating a lot of dust. The AeroSealing process led to a 95% reduction in leakage. Finally, after trying to find new returns for the house on my own, Douglas put me in contact with Tiffany at Air Duct Maids to help me find custom air returns for the house. Because the house was built in 1972, you can no longer find the correct size at Home Depot or Lowe's. She was exemplary in contacting various suppliers to get us some outstanding returns at a great price! They showed up this week and look amazing! Bottom line, I think everyone in the service-based industry should take note of Air Duct Maids--they are truly second to none!

These guys were polite, efficient, friendly, careful and thorough. They protected my house, cleaned up and spent over an hour with a huge hose connected to their truck vaccuuming out the system, going into each duct with a gizmo to shake the grime loose, and replacing each one carefully. Then they cleaned up after themselves. I'd use and recommend them again in a flash!

They walked us through what they were going to do and then did it in a fast, efficient and professional manner. They even showed us pictures of the inside of the ducts before and after they were cleaned!

They were phenomenal, clean, and professional. I had a question on one of the vents and they came back out to reinspect with no charge. They truly want you to be 100% satisfied with the job.

Despite a miscommunication on the timing of the appointment, I was pleased with their service. They were professional, courteous, and ensured my needs were met. They cleaned the dryer vents and air vents with attention to detail and ensured no paint was damaged around the air vents. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future.

Arrived as scheduled in the Big Pink Truck. Very respectful of the house -- covered their shoes at all times in the living area. Cleaned the dryer and filmed the cleaning to show us how it was done. At the end we were confused by a light showing that said "clean lint filter". We couldn't make it go out. They replaced the old exhaust hose just in case it was the problem! Then we found the instruction book and saw that the light being on was normal for the cycle and there was no problem! They went the extra mile and weren't going to leave until it was right. They didn't charge me for the new hose. Great service and we highly recommend them! Love the truck!

From the moment I called them up, I experienced great customer service. The representative who answered the phone walked me through the services they provided and what would happen during my appointment. I was able to get an appointment quickly which was nice because I wanted to get my air ducts cleaned thinking it would help alleviate my daughter's coughing/wheezing. Tim, Eric, and Nelson arrived just after 7:30am and they were fantastic. They were extremely professional and courteous. Tim walked me through everything that him and his team were going to do during the 1.5-2 hours they were in my home. He even showed me how I was losing cold air in my air ducts due to improperly sealed ducts and was able to successfully repair a large gap in the duct. During the service, they recommended I purchase a UV light to help remove allergens, bacteria, etc. They provided me with a brochure and kept telling me "I'm not trying to push anything on you; I just want to make you aware of options". I wound up purchasing the UV light mostly because I was hoping it would help my 1 year old daughter's cough. While her coughing is still present, it is much better than how it was for the past few months. I'd definitely recommend them to others .

This company did a terrific job cleaning the ducts in our home .they were so neat ,timely ,reasonable especially their honesty was remarkable .I recommend them highly .

I was very pleased with the experience. This was my second experience with duct cleaning companies. First company that provided this service didn't do an impressive job and i was very hesitant to try again. Therefore I had lot of questions on their cleaning process and expressed my concerns. Also wanted to ensure that the crew would pay extra care for our furniture and hardwood floors. When i called to get all the details, their scheduling assistant / office coordinator was very pleasant and patient with me and she went over the whole process and answered all my questions and more! She called back the day prior to the appointment to confirm. The driver called 30 minutes before arrival as I had requested. They arrived on time. Covered all hardwood floors and staircases with protective pads and took extra care to make sure nothing was damaged. They cleaned both zones, all intake lines and every register in the house. I've already noticed a big difference in the quality of air in our house. I will use Air Duct Maids again in three years as they recommended.

These guys are a legit air duct cleaning company. Their equipment sucks all the dirt and debris out our duct work and into their truck. It's a massive hose they use to collect all the dirt from the mail return. Next they remove vent covers, label them individually, and seal the opening to create massive suction power for the return vent. Then they use air hoses to stimulate the each of the sealed opening get extra cleaning power at the end of each run. They found and showed me where mold was growing in our ventilation system just outside of the main unit. They installed the proper sized UV light to kill those molds, germs, and virus that can grow in a ventilation system. Especially one with a water pump to add humidity to the home. Only complaint that I had was that one of the vent covers was damaged when they put them back on. That kind of thing is expected, what I didn't like is that I had to find it. I would have appreciated it more if they would have told me in advance. Not a big issue but I'm being thorough. These guys were in the house for about 2 1/2 hours, maybe less, it's been a while since I used. Best part is that they say that I won't need to use them again for another 3 years. If you?re getting your duct work cleaned and they say you have to get it cleaned more regularly than 3 years then they aren't doing much for you. Best of luck to you all.

The service turned out fine. They did exactly what the deal stated. The only issue was that they did not get the vent covers back on right. The technicians were very efficient and seemed to know what they were doing. Scheduling was fairly easy and I remember there being nothing wrong with the service.

Scheduling the service was quick and easy with no issues. The crew arrived on time and the team lead provided a detailed explanation on how the service would be accomplished. The four man crew quickly went to work and completed the project in about an hour or so. The team lead walked me out to the truck and showed me what was sucked out of the vents, very glad we had this service complete. The property is 50 years old and I am rather confident that it has never been done before. The team lead also talked me into installing a UV light into the HVAC system in an attempt to reduce mold build up in the HVAC. Not sure if it was worth it but, what the heck, it sounded good.
