I had Brett Seace come out to give me an estimate on having quarterly pest control. I was told it would cost $550 for the initial and my entire outside and inside would be treated. I was told in order to schedule an appointment I would have to sign a contract. The company never called me to schedule. I called the company to schedule the appointment. I had a tech call me to tell me he was at my house on an unscheduled day. No one was home to let him in so the appointment was rescheduled. The tech came out to do the initial inspection the next day however the tech did not have the ladder tall enough to reach the second level of my home. He arrived at 10:20 am and was done at 11 am. There is no way he treated the entire outside of the house, decks, patios, etc. in that short time. I have cameras and did not see him on the cameras doing the work he "claimed" to have done. I have had other pest companies in the past, and the treatment to the outside of the house was very extensive. I only wanted to change companies because most companies cannot reach the second level of my home due to the height. I would NEVER recommend this company.

5 times they rescheduled appointments. 5 times they never showed up. Once they cancelled because they ran out of shoe coverings. Very irresponsible.

Terrible experience with this company and their management. When evaluating pest control companies for your home, I urge you to look somewhere else. 1. Failed to show up to my house during a scheduled appointment for work - no show and no communication with me about not being able to make it. I scheduled time off of work, used my paid time off and they refused to come to an agreement on how to amend. 2. Charged my credit card without a signed agreement for services for attic work 3. mislead on my initial contract by Darren, Technician regarding contract and cancellation fees When I escalated my issues to their leadership they were unapologetic and rigid. Look elsewhere.

The workman treated the living room and other areas where there were traces of termite entry. He was professional and informative about the treatment and termites. I have used them before and am pleased with their service.

They were affordable, on-time and very respectful with social distancing.

After the initial inspection, Affordable Pests made 5 different appointments to provide service. Not one appointment was kept. In three weeks no one has arrived to do the work. I have phoned the office for a week, but the supervisor won't speak to me so I can cancel the contract and request a refund.

Good response time, inspector was knowledgeable. A little more money than I expected to pay. Nests were removed at the initial visit. No rescheduling.

The techs use a variety of pesticides to control the problem. However, the ants are very persistent in that where one colony is eradicated, another colony may suddenly appear in another location. Recently, Jose G. needed to deal with another colony last week. He was very helpful to explain that it sometimes took more time for their pesticides to do the job. So we learned that our patience is a most important part of their eradication process. As of today, the new colony is down to just a few ants down from the hundreds earlier which I'd guess will be all gone by next week. JAH

It went great. I called and Jose was able to come out the same day. Jose checked the traps inside and outside. They are always very professional when I call.

These folks are GREAT! Super responsive and professional and always came when they said they would. It’s been a few weeks and I have definitely noticed a major reduction in crickets and spiders, my main problems, and I’m so grateful. Will continue to get quarterly pest control with them; I’m a loyal customer now!

Our technician (Jose) was very courteous and professional and conducted a thorough inspection of our home. He answered questions and explained things well.

Project is in the process of being completed, so far so good.

Did not show up for my second service, nor did they call to tell me they were not showing up

Mice were entering my garage through a gap (I was catching them on glue traps) and needed the source point and entry point identified and addressed. The technician James was punctual, and did a comprehensive assessment of the indoor and outdoor areas. He plugged open entry points and provided an estimate for the replacement of my garage seal. Two types of traps were placed and he explained how each worked and a four (4) day follow-up was scheduled. He also provided advice regarding areas inside my garage the mice would be able to nest if they had gotten past my glue traps so that I could make adjustments (super helpful!). Very pleased overall and the pricing was fair and competitive against other rodent/pest control companies..

The service providers are great. The guys are polite and on time. Very careful and clean as they come through the house. The products have been good at controlling the ants and outdoor pests around my house/townhouse. The office staff is a bit challenging to communicate with, billing and scheduling. They are pleasant. It can take several attempts to complete a task through the office.

It's gone very well. we use them on a quarterly basis. We are generally fine with their service.

The service representative worked quickly to identify the problem and the needed solution. He explained his course of action and treated the area in need of the treatment. Since treatment there has been no more signs of any problems.

Wonderful! James called 30 minutes prior to arrival, he was courteous, spoke with my parents about the options they had after surveillance of the issue. Ensured that they were clear on the source of the problem and recommended how to solve it to prevent future infestation. His supervisor Krishan followed up with us weekly after James' visits to ensure that we were satisfied.

It went well. It seems we already took care of it by putting the traps but wanted to make sure they won't come back. The technician closed all the holes and set the traps around the house to see any activity. We haven't seen any Rodent since then. So very satisfied with the seervice.

Fairly well. Tech was actually early which was fine. Treated for bed bugs. While not completely gone, issue is definitely better. Found lots of dead ones while trying to reassemble the bed.

I have been with affordable pest for almost 2 years now. Very satisfied, every quarter they are at my housemate performing a service. They call and schedule everything for me. If I see or have any pest issues in between they come out for free and will do what is needed. Overall very happy and always courteous and respectful technicians!

Good service, always friendly. A little unclear with services provided, like what they should be spraying, or why or why not they are doing something.
