They were on time, courteous, and professional.

They did well. I wasn't home when they came. I did the one year program. I called them and they came out right away. The price was a little high. I think the quality was good. The only problem that I have that was not solved was that the mosquitos didn't completely go away, but I can understand that. When they say they are coming, they will. I will use them in the future if they will solve my mosquito problem.

I have had a great experience with them. They were prompt and let us know when they were coming. They were very polite and respectful of our home. We have little children, and we didn?t have to worry about the pest stuff. The man who came out was very helpful and very willing to talk about what he was doing and answer all our questions.

The company sent out Kevin, who was top-notched. They treated and after 2 months, I do not see signs of bugs. Punctuality was an issue. It appeared that the office messed up his scheduling and threw his schedule off. They did make the situation right by knocking off $150 off the total bill. I will use this company in the future.

The technician arrived on time and stayed for a couple of hours. He was very courteous. Explained everything he was going to do and did it. All in all it was a pleasant and professional experience.

I basically fear calling for an exterminator because I basically worry that they will do the job effectivelly and safely. We also have a beagle and two birds and I feared that they may be harmed by chemicals. But I saw we had a serious infestation problem that had to be dealt with at once. Their rep. named Emmanuel was very prompt and efficient at showing the problem and how we were to treat it. He laid out some traps for the roaches which would not put the beagle in danger and later laid a solution to in cracks etc.---roach population declined severely and happy to say, that problem is under control. As for the termite treatment, I had to gain knowledge that the treatment could not be laid down if rain was predicted that day (needs 24 hrs to be effective) June was not a good month for dry weather and scheduling was at times difficult. Finally had one dry day, Emmanuel laid the treatment down outside, gave safety advice to keep the dog out of danger (keep the dog away from the side of the house for about 24 hrs) and it looked like everything worked out--bugs gone and our dog is safe. Very pleasant to deal with, would hire again.

We specifically hired them to treat an insect problem but also accepted the service contract. They were punctual, professional and neat. Most importantly, they were very kind to my daughter who has a real fear of insects, explaining the process and reassuring her. The personal touch was greatly appreciated.

We had a very good experience with this company. The technician, Kevin, was right on time and very professional. He sprayed the entire attic for silverfish. The silverfish are persistent little devils and we saw a couple about a week after the treatment. We called Affordable back and they immediately scheduled to come back out and treat the attic again at no additional charge with a different product. It seems to have taken care of the problem and we've been very pleased with the quick response time and guaranteed work.

The service was great and I didn't even have to be home which was even better. I have seen less bugs inside and out. Definitely worth every penny...

Everything has worked very well. When we have any problems they come out immediately. We back up to the woods, and some of our neighbors have trouble, but with this company we have been extremely happy and have been able to recommend them to our neighbors, who are happy with them as well. Their prices are competitive, and they do a great job.
