So far things have not gone well - but I'm still holding out hope that this will work out. We purchased the season mosquito treatment deal for $295 that was advertised on Angie's list. I called the company on May 29th after purchasing to schedule the first spraying. They scheduled someone to come out 1 week later. When he showed up, late, he stated that the sprayer had broken and he could not spray the yard today but would be out next week to do it - and appologized. I understood that things happen. Next week came around and nobody came. I waited another few days - nobody came. It is now mid-June. I called the company again. They appologized and scheduled someone to come out the following week. The following week two people show up,on time, but in separate trucks. Niether has a sprayer, both seem confused. Apparently there was a scheduling error and they thought it was just a "consultation". They are very nice, appologizing, and tell me they will get scheduling to call me to schedule something right away. Scheduling calls me next day - and they schedule me for the 18th - the latest is the 22nd he says. Well 18th comes...no spraying. The 22nd comes - no spraying. I call AGAIN, as it is now June 25th to find out what is going on. The lady tells me she can't help me because the computer is down - but that she will call me back as soon as the computer system is back up. Nobody ever called. I call back AGAIN the next day (today) and they say they will send someone out...next week..they are so sorry. No they can't send anyone sooner. At this point I honestly don't know what to think. Maybe I'm having bad luck, maybe this company is having alot of scheduling issues right now, but either way it has been a month and I have yet to have anyone come out and spray my yard.It is hard to believe all these "A" ratings....and I honestly wouldn't have pre-paid for this deal if it hadn't been an A rated company. But so far - for me - it has been a total mess. I will update this review if someone ever does come out - or if I give up and just request my money back (which is what I"m about to do - considering it was supposed to be a treatment for June - October....and June is now gone. Wish me luck next week...

Everything turned out great. The man that came out said he'd follow up within a week to make sure everything is good & I don't have any other pests. I also asked him about any other additional services I may need & said that he'd come out with a possible plan for those services.

I got got an Angie's deal for a full season of mosquito treatment at half the price of mosquito squad for one less visit all summer but the same chemical spray and approach. Khalid, the technician from Affordable Pest was completely professional and helpful. He performed an inspection of our house and provided a description of the annual pest control contract. We had just started having centipede, ant, and spider problems so I signed up. Khalid was thoughtful about wearing booties in our house (we take off our shoes) and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He found signs of mice in the attic and kitchen and wood-eating insect damage so he set traps the first time out and came back in two weeks to inspect. He provided the appropriate treatment and told me that i could call any time in between the quarterly visits if i saw any problems. My children were playing indoors and he kindly reminded them not to play outside for at least one hour. He was ontime, called in advance of arriving and the appointment was confirmed the day prior. I would recommend Affordable Pest LLC to anyone because we have had great results and are able to enjoy our deck and downstairs in a bug-free manner!

There was an issue because they told us that our pets needed to be out of the home for 4 hours. Well we found out the next day that they did not need be out of the home for that long, so we will be calling them soon to have the home fumigated. They are very personable and easy to work with.

The technician was right on time, extremely courteous, neat, helpful and responsive to my questions. I was very pleased with the service provided and I will definitely use them again!

Their prices and quality of work are excellent. They're very good. They follow up, and come back out if I have any problems. They're professional, responsive and punctual. I'll continue to use their services in the future.

Their techs are super nice and punctual but I haven't seen a HUGE improvement. We have issues in my neighborhood with the big, animal-sized roaches getting indoors. I was sick of the HOA not doing anything about it, so I turned to hire my own service. Affordable pest has been nice, but has not been able to eliminate the problem entirely.

After getting nearly 30 bites in a few minutes of gardening, despite using Deep Woods Off, I saw the special from affordable. I called the office at 4:45 on Tuesday evening, spoke with Jason, and signed up for the Big Deal. He scheduled our treatment for between three and five pm on Tursday. Tim called on Thursday and said he was coming to give an estimate. I told him I expected a treatment. He returned to the business place, got appropriate materials, returned BEFORE five and treated our entire lawn, working for over an hour. I have been able to work in the garden, sit in the shade, pick blueberries at dusk and be out at any time of day without ANY bug protection and in complete comfort, no pests flying around my head, getting in my mouth and eyes, etc. All my wild bird friends remain and there has been no effect on the fish and frogs in the pond. Love it!

Shortly after he left about 12:00n, however, this rodent made an appearance and ended up getting stuck and trapped on one of the sticky boards which had been laid out. The rodent in question turned out to be a mouse and was so excited that it started moving the sticky board it was attached to around the living room floor. I immediately called this pest service in a panic requesting them to send someone over immediately to dispose of my pest. I was told there was no one in the area or available to handle my situation until 4-6p when one of their exterminators would be returning home. Meanwhile this mouse has total control of my living room and I'm afraid he is going to wiggle his way free from the sticky board.I told the scheduler that I was on a service plan and this was unsatisfactory. The reason I signed up for the plan is that I was told I could call at any time and get a service visit. To me this was an "emergency"! She kept repeating that there was no one available to help me. I told her to tell her manager how disappointed I was and I have not heard anything from them. No concern, no follow-up, no apologies, nothing. Not very service oriented.

They were great. The mosquito's service and spider service seemed to have worked because we have not seen any.

On the first visit they knocked out 75-80% of the issue and then I purchased a 3 time visit. They called me to schedule the second visits and I have not heard any complaints from the tenants.

No more bugs! They arrived on time, were professional and thorough, and the exterior bugs appear to be gone. I will continue to use them.

They are great. They solve all the problems and are inexpensive.

The employee showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are awesome and will only use them going forward. It is hard to find people to do a good job in the customer service area. This company marks top on my list.

They’ve been really good. They have really improved their service since our first couple experiences with them. We have the same technician and he’s really good.

I'm been happy with them and have been with them 3+- years. Their service is good, but, their price is outrageously high at $85 a quarter. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

They were the only ones with the experience to rectify the problem. Everyone else kind of gave up. I would use them again in the future.

waste of time. the guy came to my house, examined the situation, and gave me a price. The rodents had become a significant problem and i needed urgent assistance. I tried calling to schedule an appointment, and he never called back. I tried over several days. then i called Pestnow on a late Thursday afternoon, and they arrived Friday morning and cost significantly less than what this company had quoted. I would not use this company. I would go with Pestnow any time but would never contact this company again..

Easy to schedule, prompt, and professional. We walked around the house and the technician placed traps and bait stations in areas of concern. He also gave us suggestions on areas to clean up - who knew that mice liked fertilizer??? He returned a couple weeks later to recheck; unfortunately, I was not home becuase I was not made aware of the appointment time (disappointing). We have made changes and not seen evidence of mice in the last couple months.
